How big is baby? large eggplant
Any appointments this week? I have an OB checkup today and our first Lamaze class tonight. Fingers crossed that baby is the right size today - last time he was a bit small.
Symptoms? My sleep is weird. I was up for about an hour from 2:30 to 3:30 AM worrying about how to take care of an infant, who is going to watch the dog, how does swaddling work, and all sorts of other things that I didn't need to be thinking about in the middle of the night.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Rant: I was really going to try to get through this pregnancy with the 4 maternity tops, 1 dress, and 3 pairs of pants that I have, but my clothes are starting to feel tight. I might pick up a few more dresses and live in them for the next 12 weeks.
What's your progress or plans for your baby to do list? I spoke to someone about life insurance last week, and I'll be meeting with him sometime this month. I also found some potential family doctors/pediatricians that I need to call. Not much other progress since we're still waiting to hear about the house, but we are picking up baby supplies from my sister this weekend. I guess they'll be going in the basement until we know where we'll be.
GTKY: What are you most looking forward to about spring? I'm always looking forward to hiking, but I don't know how much hiking I'll be doing when I'm this pregnant. I'll say more walks outside is what I'm most looking forward to.

Symptoms? Using the restroom a lot asked just generally uncomfortable

What's your progress or plans for your baby to do list? i still need to clean the car seats and figure out how to arrange them. Then i need to get a toilet sprayer for cloth diapering and figure out a way top stay organized when recording diapers, naps, feedings at first- I'm thinking a dry erase for each babe.

Any appointments this week? GTT and regular OB appointment tomorrow. So anxious about the GTT.
Symptoms? Sleeping has been weird for me too, @kns1988. I wake up a lot between 3-4 and just lie there a while. The peeing more frequently is finally happening. I came down with a nasty cold this weekend which probably just has me dehydrated but I've been having tons of BH contractions. Probably 2/hr. They're super irregular and totally painless so I'm trying not to worry too much about them...

What's your progress or plans for your baby to do list? nailed down a pedi last week. Still need to think about life insurance and will/guardian. That's so intimidating. I have school this week and then spring break next week, so next week will be the big nursery week! I'm excited to get moving on that.
GTKY: What are you most looking forward to about spring? Mostly meeting this babe!! But walks outside with the dog and being able to open the windows in the house.

What's your progress or plans for your baby to do list? We have most of the big items done, but just finishing up the nursery...I am patiently waiting for my baby shower next month so I can get everything finally organized.

Any appointments this week? Friday will be just a routine appt. 4 more weeks then I get an u/s to determine if he's breech still or not
Symptoms? lower back pain but I'm pretty sure that's all thanks to work last week. Otherwise I've been doing well
Rants/Raves/Questions? I know everyone means we'll but I'm getting annoyed with the constant "how are you doing" "when are you due". I'll admit to not being ready or prepared for baby but at the same time I'm ready so people will leave me alone.
What's your progress or plans for your baby to do list? No progress... I really need to make a to do list.
GTKY: What are you most looking forward to about spring? the weather! the winter has been fairly mild and we've had some spring/summer days but I'm ready for the constant nicer weather
Sorry for skipping out last week. I kept meaning to do my post and just never did. hope things are going well with everyone!
I woke up to a painful contraction in the middle of the night and havent had anything since but when i just went to the restroom, there was blood again. Last time they determined it was from my bladder bc when checking my cervix there was no blood but the pee sample was full of it. So i checked to see if it was from my vagina or from my urethra and it was definitely from my vagina this time. Luckily i have an appointment in 4 hrs anyway but i was already worried about that one and now this. They said if it gets worse or i start cramping they can get me in sooner. Meanwhile i was told to stay off my feet and stay hydrated but im home with a sick dd. Ughhhhh.
@Jkp7749 fingers crossed that the growth discordance isn't any worse today and hopefully everything is ok with the contraction. Keep us updated! Thoughts and prayers for you this afternoon while you wait for your appt.

i have my 28 week appt today plus my glucose tolerance test!! Then tomorrow we have our first birthing class. We are so excited to go to that.
Symptoms: reflux, sacral pain. Also some anxiety any time I think I haven't felt baby move. I guess I'll never stop being nervous.
To do list: I'm waiting for another dresser to come but it's been on backorder and keeps getting pushed back. Good news today that it might be shipping soon!
GTKY: We are having a lot of spring weather and its starting to make it feel like baby will be here sooner rather than later. Yesterday it was so nice and we were on a walk and DH got all excited and said: in a few weeks we will be pushing the stroller! Can't wait!

Any appointments this week? None, had my last one on Friday and everything looked good.
Symptoms? PSD seems to be getting worse but it's still not awful. I haven't really ran in 2 weeks though due to a bad sinus infection so the true test will be when I try to run again.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Somehow the moodiness of pregnancy seems to be lifting (this only seemed to get worse the last two times as pregnancy progressed). I've been feeling pretty happy lately and seem to have more patience with the kids. Not sure where it's coming from but I feel a lot better emotionally than I had in months.
What's your progress or plans for your baby to do list? Went on 2nd hospital tour and we decided on that hospital, which I feel 100 times better about. Because it is farther away and this is our 3rd baby, I am registering at both this week just so we have the option to go to the closer hospital if things move fast during labor. I didn't get to order prints for DD's baby book so I might do that this week if I have time, although more pressing is finding a diaper bag and a car seat this week. I am also anxiously awaiting a refund from our baby monitor being recalled so I can buy another one. ETA: Also got my breast pump last week so just need to go through and sterilize the parts. And get some new nipples for our bottles.
GTKY: What are you most looking forward to about spring? This might be a FFC but I am excited about DST starting next week because of more sunlight. I am also ready to shed the heavy coats.

Symptoms? SPD and shortness of breath mainly
Rants/Raves/Questions? I am happy to only have ten weeks to go, but if one more person says "ooo, they're the hardest weeks" I'm going to hit them. I've done this before, I know the third trimester sucks, just let me be happy that it's almost over!
What's your progress or plans for your baby to do list? We finished painting the nursery, so now I need to start hauling stuff up from the basement to see what I have and what I still need.
GTKY: What are you most looking forward to about spring? Being able to be outside with DS. He is a much happier kid running around in the fresh air.

Any appointments this week? 30 week US TODAY!! YAY I'm so excited to see her again!
Symptoms? Just some hips, and needing to pee like ALL the time :-( I also made an appointment with my allergist, this congestion is ridiculous!!
Rants/Raves/Questions? Chicago weather needs to make up its mind, my shower is on Sat and originally it was going to be 60*. The only dress I felt comfortable in was a maxi, I was just going to get a cardigan and wear flip flops... Now it's going to be 30 and snowing... I have no idea what to do for shoes.
What's your progress or plans for your baby to do list? My hubs put in an outlet in the babies room, the rug came in, I'm ordering custom wall art... It's calligraphy with the song lyrics... "I know you've got mountains to climb, but always stay humble and kind" -Tim McGraw. My hubs is painting this week, and hopefully we can pick up the dresser!
GTKY: What are you most looking forward to about spring? I just want to be outside!! I love outside! Too bad my allergies are going to be awful!

Only appt was supposed to be a regular check up and rhogam shot on Thursday, but I flunked my GTT so now I'm playing phone tag with the most incompetent schedulers ever to get a specialist appointment and an ultrasound scheduled for this week.
Same symptoms: hip pain, more frequent peeing, still throwing up more often than not thanks to GERD
this past weekend we were able to go through all of the bottles and old pump supplies and then went shopping for replacement nipples and other misc baby things. I still need to clean/install the infant seat and pack a hospital bag. I'd also like to do a quick clean sweep of the nursery once we're closer to D-day.
Looking forward to planting my veggie garden. This warm weather has me itching to start, but it's still way way too early.

I got my blood drawn this morning to redo the 1 hour glucose test- my result the first time was just at the limit 134. I'm reaaaaaaally hoping I passed!!
Symptoms?
I have had HG this pregnancy and the nausea had been getting better but last night I started feeling really sick

I started taking my iron supplement more regularly and I've had waaaay more energy.
What's your progress or plans for your baby to do list?
I ordered my pump last week, baby registry is done, shower is 4/1, crib is set up, bassinet set up, so feeling good! I'll do a big wash and organize and see what clothes we still need to buy after the shower.
GTKY: What are you most looking forward to about spring?
Besides having this little girl, warm weather and being able to take DS outside. He loves using his little golf set and playing outside.

Any appointments this week? Midwife appt Monday March 13th! Just started going every 2 weeks now
Symptoms? Back pain, tonnes of big movements, frequent peeing, lots of congestion and some nose bleeding!

What's your progress or plans for your baby to do list? We set up the crib and bassinet yesterday and the nursery is starting to really look like a nursery. There is a baby shower planned for me on April 9th, and I am hoping to pack my hospital bag today!
GTKY: What are you most looking forward to about spring? Our BABY, the warm weather, no snow, and being able to go for walks!
