Monday- Spiced Pork Chops with sauerkraut and roasted carrots
Tuesday- Tuna salads. Mixed greens topped with tuna, tomatoes, avocado and quinoa
Wed- Bison Chili topped sweet potatoes
Thursday- Leftover chili
Friday- Spaghetti squash with chicken meatballs
Saturday- Out with my DS for pizza!

Monday: Spaghetti and broccoli
Tuesday: Out at a training...I'm hoping they feed me!
Wednesday: Red Lentil Salad
Thursday: Mustard crusted salmon, green beans, potatoes
Friday: Leftovers or out.
