Monday Meal Plan! 3/6

Hopefully we are all starting to feel a bit better for those of us heading into the second trimester!

Monday- Spiced Pork Chops with sauerkraut and roasted carrots
Tuesday- Tuna salads. Mixed greens topped with tuna, tomatoes, avocado and quinoa
Wed- Bison Chili topped sweet potatoes
Thursday- Leftover chili
Friday- Spaghetti squash with chicken meatballs
Saturday- Out with my DS for pizza!

    Tuesday: Slow Cooker Enchilada Quinoa Bake
    Wednesday: Creamy Chicken Pot Pie Soup w/Parmesan Drop Biscuits
    Thursday: Mongolian Beef and Vegetables
    Friday: Healthy Chicken Fingers w/Fries

    Friday: Leftovers or out.
