Intro - new to the boards, but not to treatment

My name is Stacy and my husband and I have been married since October 2014.  He is 46 and I am 38.  We have been together since 2010, but thought we were doing things in the “proper” order by dating, travel, engagement, wedding, house, and then baby.  Who knew my eggs were expiring while we were trying to enjoy ourselves?! 

In June 2016, we consulted with an RE who ran all the bloodwork, ultrasounds, SIS, HSG, etc. and everything checked out ok: AMH-2.83, FSH-7, LH-6.4.  My thyroid was slow and vitamin D was low, so we added those pills to the prenatal vitamins, CoQ, and DHEA.  We did four IUIs: Aug, Sept, Oct, and Nov 2016.  The October IUI ended in a chemical pregnancy. 

We moved to IVF in Dec 2016/Jan 2017 and did estrogen priming protocol.  I had 15 antral follicles at the baseline visit, but only ended up with 7 eggs retrieved, 4 mature, 4 fertilized with ICSI, and 3 day 6 blasts.  Only one was rated good enough to freeze (6BB) and send off for PGS, but it turned out to be abnormal.  It had an extra chromosome 15, so a total of 47 when it should have 46.  I was disappointed with the result, but glad we did not transfer as it likely would have resulted in a miscarriage.

Starting the second round of IVF now and my RE has recommended minimum stimulation protocol this time to focus on quality, rather than quantity, since I was a poor responder last go round.  We started with shots of Cetrotide last week to prevent growth and get all the basal follicles to be about the same size.  I had a baseline ultrasound 2/25 and I have 6 follicles on each side and they are all about the same size at the moment.  I started Clomid 2/25, Menupur, Gonal F, and Omnitrope on Monday 2/27.  I go back on Thursday 3/2 to see how/if they are growing.  The retrieval is likely going to be March 6-11.
