No puking yet! Heard a heartbeat yesterday at the sono so that's the best news all week for sure. Plus one of my clients just offered up free MLB tickets for DH and I... thanks!
My winning is financial - with our tax return DH and I have paid off 2 credit cards and 2 of our 401K loans. And we are finally back on track with our budget! We should have one more credit card paid off before our little punkin arrives!

Paying off debt is like the best feeling! Congrats!!
@Myelhsa thank you! I'm dragging DH along on our path to freedom from debt kicking and screaming! hahaha He's having a hard time cutting out the fun stuff and being frugal. He's of the mindset that "I worked hard for my money so I deserve XYZ". That's not the way it works buddy!
Mine is totally not as life altering as some of yalls but I've been craving an in & out cheeseburger for days... realized I could make a faux one with some leftover meat in the fridge and then found a copycat recipe for the sauce. I inhaled that sucker and then dipped my veggies in the sauce too. I sorta wanted to puke afterwards but it was totally worth it.
I scored a contract with Walmart and the Oscars for work that pays very well and then today scored a contract with Walmart and Olay. I will be 2/3 the way to my down payment on new car when they pay out! I'm ahead of schedule. #winning lol
I felt like I was coming down with a cold. I prayed and used my faith and I feel much better. #smallvictories lol

@VLillyV - have you tried taking Greek yogurt and sprinkling some of the ranch seasoning packets on it, then mixing it up? I use that to make veggies less boring. It really tastes like ranch but has way less calories!
I actually felt really good today aside from being slightly tired. And I did not temp or pee on any sticks. That is a first since I found out small victories. Also chick fila. Yum.
I think I just found a blogger to buy my conference ticket!!! I bought a ticket in May of last year and now with everything going on, I don't want to incur the other costs of the travel or go without my other friend who is selling hers. I was ready to lose $308 and just throw in the towel!
I saw a heartbeat today!!!! Saturday I was told I had a blighted ovum, but today saw a heartbeat!!!! Sorry, I know I've posted this on other boards, but I thought this belonged on this one! This was a huge win for me today!
I landed in Stockholm toddy for a work trip. The whole city is currently coated with that thick, fluffy perfect snow. It's so pretty! And my first sight of snow this year. Feeling lucky
A lady I know has the flu (I just found out yesterday). I was around her on Sunday. I woke up yesterday feeling sick. I didn't want to be sick (obviously). I prayed to Jesus and had faith that I wouldn't get sick. I immediately felt better. I know it's not something huge, that's why I said #smallvictories, lol.
I hope you were able to understand and figure out all that. I tried to make it real simple and elementary for you. Are you still confused?

It wasn't confusion. It was a side eye. But thanks for the condescension.

@mrs_fogue Mom Summit 2.0, of course both that and BlogHer are in Orlando this year but once my friend decided to sell her ticket and I've been back and forth health wise I decided no use hanging on to it

Hopefully you also prayed for understanding of your bible. Matthew 7:12 - Do to others as you would have them do to you.
Ill pray that you find patience and understanding toward the people that don't subscribe to your religion, even if they don't have that same understanding.
@ShakeUpTampa I hate that all the good conferences are there or in UT. Its so far for me. I would love to make it to the BlogHer. But my dream is to go to Snap.
DS's 104f fever dropped over night and he's all good this morning and I actually got enough sleep and came to work. (Not enough sleep to not use three and's in the one sentence though IDGAF)
@mrs_fogue I wonder if we run in any of the same blogger network circles! Praise all because the sale is FINAL and ticket is PAID FOR! That is one huge stress off the plate.

Re: Winning Wednesday 2-22
I like this...this needs to be a thing. Sometimes I feel there is too much negative and bitching with the weekly posts.
My winning would be that I slept all night last night without my 2am bout of insomnia! I feel great!
I'm actually getting quite a bit done at work, too! I'm trying hard to prepare and get everything into place so no one struggles while I take off.

@jessafishy Did my post confuse you? I'll elaborate and break it down for you to help you out.

ETA: Made post just slightly less snarky.
soprano19 agreed, I am hoping it came across more snarky then intended.
@alandkeriA keep that faith girl, I hope you were just having an extra hormonal day.
