"Short" Cervix?

I don't see my OBGYN until 2/28. The ultrasound I had today (2/24) was at an Imaging Center to reveal the baby's sex.
My first pregnancy, at 20 weeks, my doctor told me I had a short cervix of 3cm/30mm. At the time, it was only a minor issue and I carried my daughter to 39+4.
Today I am 15+3 and my cervix measured 2.2cm/22mm. I asked her to measure for me.
I've tried to research and read, but I'm curious if anyone else's cervix has been this short at 15 weeks? I'm anxious to get my doctors opinion next week.

I was diagnosed with a short cervix at 23 weeks measuring 1.8 cm. I've been put on progesterone and taken off work to be on modified bed rest. I'm now at 26 weeks and my cervix is around 2.0 cm. I hope you get the answers you need. Depending on your doctor you may be offered bedrest (modified), progesterone, a cerciage or no intervention (just monitoring)

My doctor said she wasn't extremely concerned at 2.2cm and at my 20 week ultrasound they would check again. If it is close to 2 again they'll verify with a vaginal ultrasound. She doesn't do a cerclage or anything else until 1.5cm. Thoughts?
