Question about temping

I'm on CD9 and just got home from vacation. My new bbt arrived and am wondering if it's worth it to temp starting 9 days in. My mother in law was with me and doesn't know we are ttc yet so I didn't want to temp on vacation. Thoughts?

    I only temped for 1 month last year.  I don't think it can hurt only 9 days in as temps are usually lower until you hit the O date.

    Ditto.  When I first started temping, I just met the minimum of 6 temps before O was detected.

    I picked up a thermometer that transmits the temps to my iphone app (via bluetooth) and then charts everything. It's in a pretty pink case, you would never know it's a thermometer. Maybe you can look into something like that so no one needs to know what you're up to. :) Good luck!
