Officially Joining - Asherman's after MMC D&C

When we got KU on the first try last June, I didn't think I'd be here today, but the last 7 months have been miserable and devastating. My signature summarizes my journey, but where I'm at is this:
- MMC of identical twins (originally triplets). 4 doses of misoprostol failed to evacuate everything.
When we got KU on the first try last June, I didn't think I'd be here today, but the last 7 months have been miserable and devastating. My signature summarizes my journey, but where I'm at is this:
- MMC of identical twins (originally triplets). 4 doses of misoprostol failed to evacuate everything.
- D&C failed to remove everything, but we later found out it gave me Asherman's Syndrome and blocked my left tube.
- Hysteroscopy removed the RPOC, then an HSG confirmed Asherman's but my left tube reopened (let's just hope it stays that way!).
- Now it's hysteroscopy after hysteroscopy to remove the adhesions. The last one (a week ago) they couldn't even finish removing adhesions before they had to stop.
I'm hoping there are other folks in or graduated from this group who have been dealing with or have successfully conquered Asherman's because right now I tired of being told that everything I've ever had happen in the past 7 months is the rarest of the rare to happen.
I'm also looking forward to being part of a group where we can provide support for one another because no one in my life has been in this position, so I don't have much support. I don't know most of you ladies yet, but I'm rooting for you!

Hysteroscopy 2.13.17 - Incomplete adhesiolysis for Asherman's, benched & on estrogen/progesterone for 30 days. At least two more surgeries needed...
Hysteroscopy 3.21.17 - Adhesiolysis for Asherman's, benched & on estrogen/progesterone for 30 days.
