Question about hpt after transfer and when hcg trigger tests out

If I took a test after a 3hr hold in the afternoon and it was negative does that mean the hcg trigger I took after transfer is definitely out of my system? (5dp5dtf) I was wanting to check that so I can then feel more confident if I get a positive hpt before blood hcg... thoughts?
