@ag90 Nah, I'm usually too scared to respond and just hurry on my way feeling embarrassed and angry, but when that guy TOUCHED ME it was a different story. Ugh I shiver just remembering it
@LoveinDC my response when people who ask when we're going to get pregnant, especially to people with kids, is "Not everyone can just spread their legs and get knocked up". Of course if you don't want to mention you're trying then that doesn't work. Other things I'll do is ask equally rude questions back like "Don't you wish you actually did something with your life" or some other shit like that. I really don't think like that but it gets the point across. I'm kind of just a snarky b!tch in general.
WTAF to my shower drain. So I used one of those plastic barbed shower snakes to unclog the drain. I got out a disgusting amount of hair. I took a shower and none of the water was draining. In fact, it ended up backing up into the separate tub we have in the same bathroom. So, 1.5 hours later, clog(sssssss) still there. Tried using a plunger to no avail. It stinks beyond belief and the gunk that is coming up is SO GROSS. I really don't want to have to call a plumber...

@eggplantface@kiwi2628@adirat@Bababatty I lived in the Bronx while finishing my undergrad and was stopped by an on duty NYPD officer. I'd been stopped before for being white in a minority neighborhood (for real. They have a problem with white college kids selling drugs to high schoolers) and once because they thought I was a truant high school kid (EL OH EL) so I assumed it was one of those things. After checking my ID and asking a bunch of questions he had the audacity to ask me on a date rather crudely WHILE IN UNIFORM. Having friends on the force I just kinda laughed in his face and told him he doesn't make enough $$ to support me and my fiancé lol. Being a history nerd I have a penchant for memorizing dates and used that to memorize his badge number and reported him.
That wasn't even the craziest experience I had either. I was legit barked at by a guy. I looked him dead in the eyes and told him "I don't date dogs, I neuter them." Turned and walked away. His friends thought that was hilarious.
This is a **TW** A childhood friend announced her second pregnancy on facebook. Her older son was born while she was a teenager. A friend asked her ON FACEBOOK who the father was. Her answer was "I just consider him A sperm donor, no big deal. Fast forward to November, the baby is a micropreemie. She posts a picture with him once a week that is basically a selfie with a baby prop, complains how she never had the big cute belly etc etc. The baby is doing well, thank god. She posts that she will be having a shower once he is home but she needs a lot so if friends near and far could type her name into babiesrus to see the registry. This is her second child. There are 10 years between them, but still you can't send out a social media apb to support your child!...
This person has two babies. I can't make one. What the actual F?

**TW** WTF to the announcement I just saw on fb. My one fb friend liked Thomas Rhett (the singer) announcement that him and his wife are currently pregnant AND in the middle of adopting a child..... ALSO, wtf to the end of prison break. I can't even. DH just laughed at me while I balwed for a good 10 minutes over it.
@WillRunForWine21 Is this an appropriate time to say "I literally can't even"? I feel the same way, especially since a lot of my friends/acquaintances that are having kids aren't stable or really want them. After one of my sorority sisters dropped out of school she got KU and her son was a premie. It's her first so she could have a shower but she was so pushy about needing stuff. I get that it's hard but not my fault she got KU by a guy who ended up cheating on her. Also all her FB posts are about how she's going to do better for her son and she don't need no man. She also shames the baby's dad for not being around when he's deployed overseas right now. I don't understand how some women just get KU without trying and we spend months or even years and so much money on conceiving.
@BertieMeetsGertie We had that problem with our drain from our basement to our outside drain. I use it for draining my soapy dog grooming shampoo outside - I clogged it with endless amounts of dog hair. We used some type of acid drain cleaner we got from the hardware store. It worked. Pay them a visit.

@kaitlink33 I recently heard they're bringing back prison break! Like it's years later...looks good, and might make you feel better! Can't remember where I saw it though...
@FLAshley thanks! We're going to buy a drain auger and try that tomorrow. We're trying to stay away from abrasive cleaners because they can damage the pipes.

@WillRunForWine21 That chick gets a WTF from me too! WTAF??? It's like Paris Hilton using her dog as an accessory then ditching it when it wasn't cute enough for her anymore. Except with a baby. So it's much, much worse.

Ok, so we had given up the drain issue for the night and we were sitting in the living room watching the office. All of I sudden I hear a big whoosh through the pipes, like someone had flushed a toilet. We ran upstairs and saw the drain had somehow unclogged itself! High 5 to us!

@BernieMeetsGertie I had to Draino our bathroom sink because of DH's shaving. Before I got around to doing it, the sink wouldn't drain fast enough and all the little hairs from him shaving every day would be left in the bowl of the sink.
@kaitlink33 That hit me hard. All of these announcements now are due dates around when mine would have been. Today was Thomas Rhett. Yesterday was Derek Jeter. Beyoncé, Amal Clooney, and Pharrell's wife before that, plus people I know IRL.
Plus, what is up with the "You must be pregnant" jokes and comments on the radio and to people IRL? (Not to me, but heard on the radio, tv, and in person) "Oh, you're tired and hungry? Must be KU!"
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
