Hello all...an intro :)

First of all Happy Valentine's Day! I am new to the Bump and wanted to introduce myself! Still learning all the acronyms and terms for this Board, but I am 34, my DH (see, I got one) is 33 and we are about to start our journey TTY. We found out halfway through our wedding planning that DH has a genetic deletion which affects his sperm production...aka....he produces none. So we cried, hugged each other, held each other, got married and now we are planning a little future us. This journey will include donor sperm, femara and IUI so I am really glad to have found this Board for information and support. xo...hope you are all having a lovely love day.

Hello Knottie, welcome! We typically have an intro thread as a dedicated space for everyone introing during any given week to post all in one place, but it doesn't appear that this week's has been started yet. I'm sorry for the news you received on your H's genetic deletion. A number of the ladies here are working with MFI, and there is also a weekly IF thread if you're interested in checking in there. It can be a great resource for any venting you may need to do, or any questions you may have about your medications, IF, IUI, etc.

2 things I would note, 1) if you're on desktop, there's a link to common acronyms (titled "Community Glossary") at the bottom of the page, and 2) you should think about changing your screen name. Keeping the Knottie name makes it very hard to tag you, and we won't be able to easily recognize you from the other knotties.
