DH finally told me last night that he is really worried about TTC again. He is afraid something will happen to me. When I had my M/C the doctor told me that if they didn't do something I would bleed to death. Now DH is all worried that I am going to die. It is nice that he is worried about me but what can I say/do to ease his fears?
Re: Anything I can do?
Wow, that sounds really scary. I can understand his trepidation. Maybe as long as your doctor agrees, have your doctor tell him that what happened was a tragic fluke and is highly unlikely to happen again.

This is a dry article, but it might be helpful for your DH's sanity. (The last established data was from 1991-1997..)
During 1991--1997, 3193 pregnancy-related deaths occurred. The overall PRMR was 11.5. PRMR among American Indians/Alaska Natives was 12.2, among Asians/Pacific Islanders was 11.3, and among Hispanics was 10.3. PRMR was 29.6 and 7.3 among blacks and whites, respectively. PRMRs were defined as the number of pregnancy-related deaths per 100,000 live births. Although rare, pregnancy-related deaths can be viewed as sentinel events in women's health; pregnancy-related illness is more common, with 18 pregnancy-associated hospitalizations per 100 live births
