Beyond that, I have no clue. I've got to get a grocery list together so I can send DH tmrw while I'm at work. I do want to make my chili sometime this week. So that might be Thursday's dinner (rainy day food).
I need ideas too!! I'm at the point of this pregnancy where I don't want anything to do with full meals I just want frequent small snacks. Unfortunately, my family doesn't feel the same haha. I'm tapped out on dinner ideas.
Mon. Meatball sliders w/ tots Tue. Honey glazed salmon w/ asparagus and I'm making white chocolate raspberry crème brulee as a surprise for DH Wed. Cilantro lime chicken w/ green goddess rice Thur. Stuffed cabbage casserole Fri. Tomato spinach and chicken spaghetti
Sunday I made turkey stroganoff so we have leftovers for here and there. Monday was garlic chicken w pasta and veggies Tuesday: steak and mushrooms, mashed cauliflower, baked potatoes, and cucumbers Wednesday: breakfast for dinner (fresh sausage, eggs, waffles, fruit) Thursday: pizza since we are traveling Friday: fingers crossed for hibachi for my dad's birthday Saturday: some kind of chicken - casserole or BBQ
Monday: Alfredo with spinach Tuesday: Tacos Wednesday: A Cornish hen I impulsively bought in early pregnancy to clear out space when I make and freeze lactation cookies. (DH is playing principal to get hours for his internship at a basketball game so it's a good time for a solo meal) Thursday: Chicken veggie rice bake Friday: Either pizza or spaghetti, hopefully with our bachelor friend we haven't seen in a couple weeks Saturday: Likely takeout of some kind or leftovers. Raising Cane's is a good possibility.
I could use ideas too.. a lot of my normal go tos are giving me heartburn. Boo.
Monday: Catalina chicken, green beans and mashed potatoes Tuesday: beef stew Wednesday: cottage pie Thursday: ??? Friday: were going out of town so eating out Saturday: still out of town Sunday: ???
I made chicken tacos Monday night too @KirstinH88 , and that was as far as my meal planning for the week got haha. I know we are going out to dinner Wednesday because a family friend is in town for business so that helps with one night.
