I got into meal planning about 6 months ago and it has made a huge impact on our family (when mom's not hangry, everybody's happy.) So what's on your menu this week?
Monday - French Onion Chicken & Rice
Tuesday - Valentine's Date night (don't know where yet)
Wednesday - left overs
Thursday - Cheeseburger Casserole
Friday - Homemade Pizza
Saturday - Chicken Fried Steak

Wednesday - Salmon (blackened) and broccoli
Thursday - Chicken thighs and veggie TBD
Friday - I always leave Friday's open.

Monday - leftovers from the weekend
Tuesday - broiled cod, jalapeño poppers, and grilled broccoli rabe
Wednesday - baked chicken and a salad
Thursday - homemade pho soup
Friday - breakfast for dinner
Monday: tilapia , rice/quinoa mix, and green beans.
Tuesday: shrimp and crab ravioli with tomato alfredo sauce and chicken sausages with salad.
Wednesday: instant pot chicken , with roasted potatoes, and broccoli
Thursday: pasta , red sauce , meatballs with salad.
Friday: leftovers.

Breakfast- 2 poached eggs on multigrain toast with guacamole. (And my one lonely cup of coffee
Snack- plain Greek yogurt (w/ 1 Truvia packet and vanilla extract)
Lunch- Cheeseburger soup
Snack- Gala apple
Dinner- Chicken parm stuffed peppers
Snack/dessert- Halo Top ice cream
ETA- I forgot V-day... Tuesday we are having our annual fondue dinner/dessert.

Friday - probably more leftovers
I always cook too much for the just the two of us so most weeks we have leftovers up the wazoo. Luckily I like them

Tuesday: pork chops with rice and green beans
Wednesday: chicken with roasted sweet potato and a yet to be determined vegetable
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: homemade pizza
Tuesday- pulled barbecue pork and mac & cheese
Wed- Our normal pizza night, why ruin a good thing lol
Thursday- Thai peanut chicken over angel hair pasta
Friday- buffalo ranch chicken baked nachos
I haven't gotten further yet and it might switch up if we get a guest for dinner at end of week. Meal planning makes me so less irritable!
Tuesday - Tacos (our fav place is closing! It's our last chance!!)
Wednesday - Hamburger helper (I have a weird craving)
Thursday - Whatever doesn't make me feel sick
Friday - Veggie burritos (same every Friday!)
