5. TONS of Braxton hicks, long uncomfortable ones. I think I need to take it easy.
6. Rant- we moved DD2 (3.5) into DD1's room. Nights are so rough now. She is having a hard time getting used to it so she is waking up around 3am flipping out and I am needing to be awake calming her down and getting her back to sleep. She wants nothing to do with DH during this time and if he tries to go in there she escalates into a full blown sobbing meltdown. Me sitting on the floor next to her toddler bed for a long time (~an hour) is making the new babe go into weird positions (oblique and currently breech), which is stressing me out and uncomfortable. And having my sleep interrupted like that is causing me to wake up with terrible headaches. UGH. GTFTS please DD2.
As a result of my jacked up sleep I missed prenatal yoga yesterday and I am so bummed. It resolves my neck/back pain and I feel like I am going to pay the price this week for missing it.
7. A lot. We moved DD2 out of the nursery. That included clearing out the nursery dresser and changing table drawers and moving her clothing into the room she is now sharing with DD1.

5. Symptoms? Nothing pregnancy related - currently fighting a brutal cold that has morphed into laryngitis. I'm waiting to hear back from the OB to see if they will prescribe anything or not - I'm pretty pathetic!
6. Rants/Raves? I think it should be illegal to get sick when pregnant.
7. What did you accomplish this week re: preparing for baby? We washed all of the hand me downs we got from my SIL for baby girl. I feel so relieved have clothes folded and in the drawers.

4. Appts this week? Friday regular ob. Meeting the one doc at the practice I haven't met yet
5. Symptoms? Exhaustion/fatigue, occasional BH but less than last week, heartburn that burns with the intensity of a thousand suns.
6. Rants/Raves? DH has started sanding the nursery walls! Some things have been bought off my registry and somebody even bought the crib I had put on there for the discount! What? And relatedly, DH's grandma said she'll buy our stroller and to just pick out whatever I want. Aw. I love being the one to give her her first great grandchild. Hahaha.
7. What did you accomplish this week re: preparing for baby? Mostly it's what others did for me this week, as in the above. I also read how much calcium she's leaching from me every day and stepped up my calcium intake I guess.
8. Have you chosen baby's coming home outfit? If so, what is it? Yes, since she's our rainbow baby I planned to use the onesie we used in our announcement if I can find some rainbow leggings, and unless I find something I like better:

4. Appts this week?: ultrasound on Wed to get the images of baby's spine since she wasn't cooperative at the anatomy scan haha. I need to get my rhogam shot again sometime this week and I have my 3 hour glucose test Saturday
5. Symptoms? : heartburn is getting intense, still having morning sickness (tried weaning off diclegis again, it didn't go so well) and just feeling big
6. Rants/Raves?: Rave: I can't believe how close we are all getting! So exciting!!
7. What did you accomplish this week re: preparing for baby?: nothing! I'm just still slowly picking up things for my hospital bag and packing it here and there. Not much else to do until my baby shower next month!
8. Have you chosen baby's coming home outfit? If so, what is it?: Not yet! Maybe that's what I'll work on this week

5. Symptoms? Upper back pain. I've been trying to stretch, take it easy, and take a couple warm showers a day.
6. Rants/Raves? The baby shower is this weekend! I'm looking forward to it because I haven't really bought much for her besides the big things. I'm excited to get together with friends and family and celebrate the baby.
7. What did you accomplish this week re: preparing for baby? Hubby finished painting the nursery, and we got some prints framed for above the crib. We also toured the hospital we'll deliver at. I'm impressed with the L&D suites, and that they encourage one hour of skin to skin contact right after delivery. They say they'll do all the early assessments with the baby on my chest. However, the postpartum rooms are very small - I think it will help us encourage only immediate family to visit in the hospital.

5. Symptoms? Heartburn, fatigue like in 1st tri, pelvic pressure and pain, lower back pain with at times crushing pain in tailbone, waddling (is that a symptom? lol), trouble sleeping. I guess nothing positive ey?

7. What did you accomplish this week re: preparing for baby? not a damn thing! So far we have bought a new travel system and it's still sitting nice and cozy in it's original packaging. other than that, we have NOTHING! = fail

I'm still on 4 week appointments so I have to wait until the middle of next week.
5. Symptoms? Indigestion like nobody's business, tums are my new friend. Back pain and trouble sleeping
6. Rants/Raves? I feel so huge and I'm getting depressed about it. This little boy is moving like crazy and I am kind of in love with it.
7. What did you accomplish this week re: preparing for baby? Signed up for a breastfeeding class for next month and had some stuff given to us off our registry so I'm counting that.
8. Have you chosen baby's coming home outfit? If so, what is it? No, but I looked at all of yours. I need to figure out what he is going to wear. I'm also not sure what to put him in, looks like many of you are doing onesies.

7. What did you accomplish this week re: preparing for baby? Well I had my first baby shower on Saturday and attempted to organize the nursery a bit. Every time I get somewhere in there, more stuff comes in lol. A good "complaint" to have. I also signed us up for our OB tour and watched the epidural video. I've been looking into things for the hospital bag and feeling so unprepared!
8. Have you chosen baby's coming home outfit? If so, what is it? Soooo I had no idea this was a thing until this weekend when I was asked several times. I guess DH and I will be looking soon. I'm inclined to go with the first outfit we bought together when we found out I was pregnant. But it's just this yellow 2 piece outfit from Walmart so I'm not sure.

7. What did you accomplish this week re: preparing for baby? Going through mkre clothes and trying to figure ojt what to keep out. Maybe I'll just keep 0-3 out (or 0-6) and put the rest in plaatic tubs.. idk. I'm not good with organization!
