I just finished up a six week StepBet competition and want to do something a little more pregnancy friendly for exercise. The town I live in doesn't offer anything like prenatal yoga, so I'll have to get a DVD. Does anyone have any recommendations? I saw Amazon prime has a few, but there aren't many rated.

I'm a prenatal yoga teacher and Jane Austin is the best teacher in the country in my opinion. Her class are both challenging and relaxing! I hate most prenatal classes because they are boring and much too easy. Her classes will get you ready to carry and birth your baby. She has online ones here:

Yogaglo.com also has a good selection on prenatal classes online from about 6 different instructors. You get a good sample of different types of classes on there. It's $18 a month with the first 15 days free.
