Ha! It's totally okay, @daniellelynette. You're just getting us started with a good confession. Thanks for starting the thread, no matter what day!
Mine feels super silly and I'd be embarrassed to admit this to DH, but my new favorite pastime might be lurking the January/February/March 2017 boards, cooing over all those adorable new arrivals. They're just so damn cute and reading their stories makes this all seem more real.
We're having a Valentine's party at school Tuesday, so my kiddos have been bringing in chips, juice, snack cakes, candy... one little girl brought Hershey's Kisses. I may or may not have to buy another bag because I ate a lot of them.
@IdleFancy you are very sweet and I'm so happy we have you here! Thank you for your kind words I also love to go through all of the birth announcements, they make me cry!! @HollyGolightly09 Lol! My mom is a computer lab teacher at an elementary school and I can so see her doing that! She loves her kids but she has eaten so much of my candy over the years lol. "HEY MOM I HAD A REESES IN THE FRIDGE DO YOU KNOW WHERE IT WENT?" *mom stuffs Reese's wrapper under her pillow*
Here's my confession... I was going to use it for UO Thursday but I forgot what it was until now lol. I absolutely cannot stand the terms "prego" "preggies" "preggers" etc. They bother me SO MUCH. I'm not thirteen, I don't need a cutesy term for pregnant. I'm a grown ass woman.. (well.. almost.. I'm 22 and sometimes I wonder why I ever thought the 20's were adulthood.. but that's a confession for another time.) But for real. Hearing people say those words makes my skin crawl.
Every morning when I write the date on the board in my classroom, I instinctively want to write September and have to think of the ACTUAL month for longer than I'm proud of.... It's bumming me out

Yes, @daniellelynette! I think I said that a few weeks ago, because it drives me nuts! DH called me preggo once, and I icily informed him that I am NOT an Italian-inspired tomato sauce. He hasn't said it since.
My confession: I haven't shaved my legs since my BFP. I'm on pelvic rest until my next appointment anyway, and it's technically winter (even though I live in southern CA, it was 70 degrees yesterday, so not really winter). I know it'll feel good once I do, but I've been exhausted, and that was the first corner I cut. DH called me sasquatch yesterday, but I'm just going to embrace the ridicule. #bornthisway
My confession, I've never had a bikini wax and am getting one before we go to the beach this year but I am TERRIFIED!! Experienced waxers how bad is it??
@lap018 it's going to hurt. I'm not even going to lie. But it's a tolerant pain. And once it's done it no longer hurts. And it's a smooth playground for weeks. (edited to add this part) I've always gotten Brazilian sugars done too. My last pregnancy I did my first one at 20 weeks. If you go the Brazilian route the most painful part of the patch above where your labia begins. All the other areas aren't so bad.
my fffc is that i gave my three year old a jos Louis the other day for breakfast because I lost the battle and just couldn't.
I'm terrible about drinking water. Really terrible. What are y'all drinking other than just endless amounts of water?

@amandarene112 I kind of shaved Thursday night for the first time since my BFP.
@awildrose I'm bad at water, too. I don't drink enough when I'm not pregnant, but since being pregnant it tastes like chemicals to me. My mom is a nurse and told me to just drink whatever I can, but try to drink a lot. Water with lots of lemons, water with Mio, kool aid, Gatorade...
@lap018 I've never had one, and I have no plans too, lol.
@awildrose I second putting fruit in your water. It hides the nasty taste that I struggle with. I have also been drinking chilled peppermint and raspberry green tea. Those and a few other herbal teas are about the only unsweetened drinks that I enjoy.
Ok. This is bad. I usually feel like crap, but on the rare occasions that I actually feel good, I fake feeling like crap so my husband will take my son somewhere and I can enjoy feeling good, or taking a nice long bath.. in peace.

I also do this I haven't done it a lot because most of the time I really do feel like crap lol. But one time I just wanted to lay in bed alone for a few hours so I faked sick... I'm so ashamed!
My husband acts like I am made of glass since we got our BFP. He tries to do all the cleaning, laundry, and cooking. He just tells me to lay down or relax whenever we are both home. I am so spoiled.

I'm so jealous! My H is basically the opposite. Also I work a good 10/12 hours more a week than him. Really getting annoyed he's not pitching in more. Sorry that turned into a rant. Not a good day today.

I wish my SO were like this!!
The other day he was literally looking up online advice because I apparently "never pick up after myself."
I do a very thorough top to bottom clean of the house for hours at least once a week. Which includes not only picking up after myself, but after him, DD, the dog, etc. But I can't remember the last time he picked up a broom or scrubbed a toilet or mopped the floors. His mom cleaned the house for him prior to me moving in lol.
@lap018 I did my first Brazilian for our wedding (we left the next day for bahamas)...i have a high pain tolerance and there was some serious wincing and the lady wasnt very talkative so i was really nervous and tense the whole time. I have found an amazing waxer here and she has like normal conversations throughout the process and whatever wax she uses also it doesnt hurt nearly as badly. I plan on going to her next month before DH gets back.
