I was in a mood last night from feeling physically drained and in pain. I tried working in the nursery for a bit and had to stop every few minutes to catch my breath, drink water, and ease the back pain. I ended up in tears and was mad DH wasn't being more supportive/helpful. Then when he paused his show to comfort me and help I was mad he was touching me and told him to stop and I didn't want his help. When he stopped I was mad he actually stopped. He offered to go get me a slurpee (at like 11 pm) and I started crying even harder saying it would just make me fatter. He eventually said what can I do for you because I don't know how to help right now and I said I don't know either I'm going to bed. And off to bed I went. DH said I was snoring within 2 minutes lol. He told me this morning I was grumpy last night and it was cute.... Poor guy, at least he wasn't mad!
Spent all day at work on Tuesday thinking about calling in on Thursday and pretending DS was sick. Thursday was my late night and I didn't feel like working till six then driving around town to get DS and DH and not getting home till 7. Then woke up Wednesday and DS had a fever. He has croup and I had to call in for the rest of the week. I feel super guilty I wished him sick.
DD1 woke me up this morning at 7:00. We snuggled for a few minutes and then I turned on a TV show for her to watch on the iPad and gave her some cheerios and put her in her room and went back to sleep. I woke up at 8:30 because I could hear her running around with my nephew. I got up, got her an actual bowl of cereal. Ate a bowl of cereal myself and snuggled with my nephew while SIL got ready for work. Then DH woke up and I went back to bed at about 9:30 and slept until 12:45. I was out cold. Being awake is a struggle.
