@BertieMeetsGertie I also hold all my stress in my shoulders. I also used to get headaches daily. I see a chiropractor now and ever since I have felt aaaaaamazing. I rarely get headaches now. I also bought one of those Homemedics shoulder massage things from BBB. It's amazing.

R/R: I think I may just be hormonal and moody, but I'm having a day (or like...a few days).
My husband and I were supposed to be on vacation starting this morning, but our flight was canceled due to the snow and the first day we can get out is Saturday so we had to rearrange our whole trip which really sucked. The bright side is I'm lucky we were able to reschedule pretty easily - trying to remember that!
I started my cycle today (late, which is very unusual and especially annoying for the first month we plan to try) and the cramps are brutal. Plus the lateness made me have BSC thoughts of "oh maybe I'm already magically pregnant" which would have been almost impossible.
I'm also frustrated because H and I are both working from home today and he keeps interrupting me about travel arrangements for a work trip I'm supposed to go on with him...it's in the Caribbean in May and he is just not getting that zika is a real issue. I need him to understand that unless something changes drastically in 3 months, the best case scenario is that I'm already pregnant by then and he goes without me, and the worst case is I'm not pregnant yet and we both go but then have to postpone TTC for 8 months.

@Piccola1988 Welcome! Just an FYI, Zika benches women for 8 WEEKS and men for 6 months if you are just exposed and not infected, so it's not 8 months unless you have other things going on.
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@Piccola1988 Welcome! Just an FYI, Zika benches women for 8 WEEKS and men for 6 months if you are just exposed and not infected, so it's not 8 months unless you have other things going on.
@NYTino24, thanks! I was told that the recommendation is to wait 8 months after male exposure to provide a buffer after the 6 months it can be in their system, so I'll have to do more research... 6 is better than 8 but it still sucks

@NYTino24 Yeah if not for the "at least" I would go by that. Eight months is what the NP at my GYN office told me at my last appointment, but I need to start seeing an actual MD so I'll confirm when I go in next. No sense waiting an extra two months if I don't need to.
@50Wife *tw*. Yup. Testing me once a week until I get to 0. Hopefully it's quick. And that's what confuses me. I have a short LP. I started spotting on cd 9 and my temps dropped and never went back up. I might do that though and just start it if the spotting ever stops!! **end TW
@dragonette505 thanks for the advice! I think that's what I'm going to do
@Sailing_Mama thanks! And I'm a runner so I'm familiar with marathons, just not this year. I haven't been training much and the training and half marathons I have been doing are with my KU bff. But this group is going slower so we're just going to take it easy & have fun.
@BertieMeetsGertie that's where I carry all my stress too. I get frequent headaches and can sometimes feel the pain radiating up from my shoulders
@JJMNO1616 a group of friends are doing it and I've done one longer run so it'll be painful but doable.
@NYTino24 *TW I think if it comes down to where I have to miss a bunch of school, then I'll tell my principal. Luckily , the morning after my BFP I had a post-conference with my assistant principal but I had to push it back to call to make the appt. so when they wanted me to come in for bloodwork, my bff (she works at the school) covered my class and asked my assistant principal if I could go so I was gone for 1.5 in the morning block and no one else saw me leave.
@wabash15 I think I'm just going to leave it. And see if there's a way in FF to not count it in stats.

R/R: ***TW*** I have my RE appointment Monday so I'm filling out like 20 pages of pre-visit paperwork. I look at my chart online for my OB's office so I can be as thorough as possible with my answers and find that they incorrectly charted me on my last visit and coded me for "Pregnancy examination or test, positive result" I'm irrationally upset right now. I already know I'm not pregnant, but it just sucks seeing a BFP in my medical chart and know that its false. And now I'll have to talk about it with someone at my OB's office to get it fixed and my RE's office to explain the discrepancy.

So I have a massage scheduled for next Wednesday and I'm looking into doing yoga. Thank you guys so much. You're the best!
I found an acupuncturist here in Korea that's affiliated with a hospital and is about $25 a session. I've seen random hole in the wall places but they scare me because I don't know how the certifications and such go here plus cleanliness and communication problems.

I know they can do it well here because it's normal medical practice here. I was a bit worried about the standards and communication but I have an appointment for tomorrow afternoon, may just be a consult though.

I think that's what I'm going to do
@FLAshley @JulesDP @safire3 @Pinky917 @LuND @heatherdubrow @WillRunForWine21 @TravelingCouplethank you!

@jess0211 – FX your OPK is right and you are O’ing early! P.S. Your weather app is amazing lol. I’m DLing it now.
@cdnrunning – Yeah! Hope I (finally) join you soon!
@50wife – I love my Prime, but I usually shop Amazon on my desktop instead of my phone.
@KariAnn323 – I know what you mean! ***TW** I have one co-worker that is on her 2nd since MH and I started TTC. Some days it is miserable.
@purpleg8r – Sorry to see you back here L
@FLAshley @Pinky917 – And here I thought I was all alone. Darkness and Spiders are my big 2.
@Pinky917 – Is that the full name of the game, 7 words? I looked for it in the App store but came up with a bunch of possibilities!
@BertieMeetsGertie – Stress tension in your neck and shoulders sounds like a great excuse to get a massage! Hawaii should help, though!
@BreezyBee – Yay smiley!
@Picolla1988 – Welcome! I’m always way more productive when H is gone too.
@cherryblossomgirl507 – What kind of convention were you going to go to? Sorry about your car!
