3) Cravings/aversions? I am loving all things cheese. Also pickles. And carbs.

--vegetables! I keep craving salads. So weird. And salty stuff...been making sweet potato toast and putting whipped cream cheese or avocado on it and sprinkling with flake salt. I'm gluten intolerant and allergic to soy which BLOWS because I've been craving things like Ritz crackers, Top Ramen, and that Chinese snack trail mix stuff you buy in bulk lol.
I don't want chicken or anything Italian (unless pizza)

2) Upcoming appointments/next ultrasound? I wasn't suppose to have another US (I had one on Friday -6week us) until week 8 but....they saw an additional sac this go around (so 2) and they aren't sure if it is a twin or just a sac of fluid or maybe a vanishing twin so they are having me come back (drive 10 hours) to have it looked at again this next Friday (week 7 and 2 days). Totally was shocking to see a 2nd sac....we only transferred 1 egg.
The one egg they could see was measuring perfectly and had a great heart beat.
3) Cravings/aversions? All of the food that I can't have...not wanting all the food I could have. Also thirsty.
4) Any aches and pains? Muscle in my back is sorta achy, headachy and heartburny but got a good day of napping in so can't complain much.

4) Any aches and pains? My boobs...started 32DDD, already 34G (because the store didn't have 32H). Making a very pricey online purchase today to get a bigger cup size. They hurt, my back HURTS. I want a sling contraption to take this literal weight off my chest. Yesterday I googled if I could have a reduction immediately after birth (been waiting to have a baby before I had the surgery)...bleh gotta wait 6 months.

I'm just going to update here instead of doing some big thread on the whole board. There was no heartbeat at our ultrasound on Friday. Of course, we are completely devastated. This was more shocking than the last time, since there were no physical warnings or indications that something was wrong.

Next appt is Wednesday Feb 15 (10 weeks). Then i get sent for genetic blood work and a week or so later i get the NT Ultrasound

I have had NO appetite - which, if you knew me, would be shocking - cuz i LOVE to eat. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Starting to get a little better, but still I am not able to eat like i used to... when i do crave it's all fresh raw food - like Clementines, salad greens etc.
4) Any aches and pains?
Other than being knocked up at 39? ;-) I am a gym rat - since this i still workout everyday, but have started doing lower impact (stairmaster and elliptical instead of running on the treadmill) and even with that i have been having pain in my lower back - definitely listening to my body more now! Took saturday off from the gym and took a long walk outside instead - just to give my back a rest!

3) Cravings/aversions?
The aversion to salad (and anything green) has started. With DS, the sight of spinach made my stomach turn through most of my pregnancy, which is unfortunate, because I eat quite a bit of leafy greens! He ends up being a kid that loves green veggies surprisingly. Over the weekend, I tried to eat a salad and nearly gagged. Instead, I want fast food (which I do not eat).....

I can't gif from my phone. It just doesn't work.
1) How far along are you? 10+3
2) Upcoming appointments/next ultrasound? appt with OB Thursday, finally.
3) Cravings/aversions? still not much appetite, nothing sounds good. still have to eat something small every couple hours.
4) Any aches and pains? My bed became uncomfortable around 7 weeks, ugh. I was also a little crampy yesterday and a little today which for pgal is unsettling for me. I just got an ultrasound last tuesday but already wishing I could get another to put me at ease. Hopefully the ob can find both heartbeats on the doppler on thurs and relax me some. 15 weeks can't come soon enough for me.

3) Cravings/aversions? Chicken strips and gravy.
4) Any aches and pains? My signature pregnancy symptom is rhinitis (my nose even got bigger with DD), so I have stocked up on Kleenex and saline tabs for my nettipot. Other than that I've just been fatigued.

3) Cravings/aversions? Not hungry much these days. Am in no way interested in sweets, which is kind of awesome.
