Twins or crazy mommy

Hello, 
I recently had my us done when I was 6 weeks the doctor said see could only see one baby (with a strong heartbeat yay)but I just have feeling that its two.Do you guy see any anything or am I just crazy.

    Im having twins and it was very easy to see them both at  6 weeks.  Congrats on your pregnancy! 
    Me: 35  DH: 36
    Me: 1, possibly 2, blocked tubes
    DH: severe MFI
    Married and TTC since 2/15
    Started stims 7/21/16, ER  8/2 --> 17 eggs, 5 blasts after PGS testing.
    Fresh transfer 8/8/16: Chemical Pregnancy
    FET #1 9/13: PGS tested 5AA, BFN
    Endometrial biopsy 10/18/16: normal result
    ERA test 10/18/16: "receptive" result
    FET #2  1/3/17: natural cycle, BFP!!! TWINS!!  EDD: 9/21 (8/31 with twin adjustment)

    If the dr says it's one then it's  probably one. I have no idea what I'm looking at there since I only had one u/s done at 20 weeks, plus I'm not an u/s tech or dr.

    You aren't crazy. You just need to ask what that second dark spot is. Could be a cyst, blood, etc. I don't see a baby in the second area though. My twin sister had the same issue and it was likely a vanishing twin. Her ultrasound tech tried to avoid answering her questions, but slipped and said, "Look at THIS baby over here." She also has PCOS and endometriosis, so who knows. Definitely talk to your doctor about it and see if it's still there at your next ultrasound.

    your seeing the yolk sac. the doc would have told you if there was more than one.

    I don't even see one baby much less two! I would trust your doctor over randos on the internet who are likely not ultrasound technicians. Feelings are fickle.
