How far along are you? 31 weeks

How big is baby? The size of a foam finger I guess

Appointments this week? None

Symptoms? Lower back pain and definitely getting tired

What have you done to prepare for baby this week? Cleaned and organized some more. DH bought us a roomba and I freaking love it.

Rants/Raves/Questions: none that I can think of right now.

GTKY: What's your go-to snack? Mmmm food. Cheese, frosted animal cookies, cheese, crackers, and beef jerky. Oh...and cheese

Appointments this week? nope

Symptoms? feet swelling so I can barely fit into my booties. I've taken off my rings, and pretty much live in dresses skirts and leggings now.

What have you done to prepare for baby this week? nothing

Rants/Raves/Questions: I usually change out the nail polish and shave much more often than I do now... but the thought of bending over makes me change my mind quick!

GTKY: What's your go-to snack? I usually have toast with peanut butter.

How big is baby? A bunch of asparagus

Appointments this week? Yep! My last one with my current practice, actually, on Thursday.

Symptoms? Everything. Specifically killer heartburn, sore back, and terrible sleep.

What have you done to prepare for baby this week? Um, nothing, I guess. Working on packing and the move for the most part. Oh! I did try to get my tdap, but the wait at Minute Clinic was insane. Going to try again on Tuesday and will definitely reserve a spot in line before I go.

Rants/Raves/Questions: Ugh, being a responsible adult/homeowner suuuuuuuucks. We opted to get our septic tank serviced this past week in an effort to be good home sellers (we've only been in the house for 5 years, but apparently it hadn't been pumped for at least 20!) and the guy tells us one of the pipes is out of alignment and needs to be fixed asap. It's going to cost us $1500.

@Blueberry85 That's terrible!! Good for you for being good sellers, though. We are in a similar situation except our oven has never been cleaned (this may need to go in FFFC) and I've spent the last two days scrubbing it with vinegar and baking soda so the next owner could have a decent oven. Wish I would have done this when we moved in instead--it's awful!

Symptoms? Back is sore and lots of movement

What have you done to prepare for baby this week? Still working on my older daughters room so the baby can move in her room

Rants/Raves/Questions: GD sucks but my weight gain has stalled at least if there's one benefit

GTKY: What's your go-to snack? Lately it's been canteloupe with ricotta cheese - GD diet approved!

How far along are you? 28 Weeks- Officially 3rd Trimester!

How big is baby? Eggplant

Team Blue, Pink, Green? Green

Appointments this week? Regular appt. Thursday.

Symptoms? Heartburn/indigestion from hell. Insomnia has also begun. If DS gets up in the middle of the night and comes to our bed, I have to go the guest room or couch or else I get kidney shots from the 18 month old.

What have you done to prepare for baby this week? Cleaning out closets and getting ready to switch rooms.

Rants/Raves/Questions: I found out this week my glucose test was normal! I had GD with my 1st pregnancy, so I thought I would have it this time around for sure. Certainly a good surprise.

Also... I am due the last day of the month, so that means all of us April 17 mommies are now officially in the Third Trimester!!!

GTKY: What's your go-to snack? Pretzels or cheese.

How far along are you? 29 weeks, but we are tentatively scheduled for 4/18

How big is baby? Acorn squash

Team Blue, Pink, Green? Pink

Appointments this week? Once the hospital calls me to set up my dietitian appointment, I will hopefully get in this week so I can make sure I'm doing everything right for my GD. I'll have another appointment next week for the final doctor in the practice, even though my c-section is scheduled with my doctor.

Symptoms? Heartburn and pelvic pressure. Also, this baby knows how to PARTY! She's definitely the kind of baby where you see her moving through my clothing.

What have you done to prepare for baby this week? Nothing new from last week - we're going to get our registry completion coupon the same weekend my dad and DH are going to paint the nursery, so that's exciting.

Rants/Raves/Questions: I need to get back into working out but wah wah wah. It's not like it's even that hard, I'm just going to walk on the treadmill in the nice temperature controlled gym and watch the news and listen to jams. You'd think I'd want the alone time, but instead I'm cranky that I have to do it.

GTKY: What's your go-to snack? I'm pretty boring right now as I navigate the GD diagnosis. The sad thing is, I am so thankful for the diagnosis. I was feeling very, very unlike myself and knowing that I was having spiking and crashing blood sugar makes SO MUCH SENSE.

Symptoms? Exhaustion is hitting me hard right now, BH contractions, and I waddle big time when I walk now lol

What have you done to prepare for baby this week? Baby has all his clothes now, DS is sleeping in his big boy bed and Dh is putting the crib back together in our room.
