Carpal Tunnel anyone?

This fun new pregnancy related thing happened to me within the last couple of days.
Anyone else?  What did you do for relief?  I got 0 sleep last night be of the pain and numbness/tingling in my hand and wrist.  
Anyone try a wrist splint?  If so what kind?

    I have pregnancy carpal tunnel too! I noticed my hands were numb when I wake up and asked my doctor about it last week. I haven't tried a wrist splint yet but may get one this weekend. So far I have been trying to stay hydrated but that's not helping much.

    I had it during my first pregnancy in the third trimester. My doctor told me it is very common and to stay hydrated. I don't think it went away until my swelling went down post pregnancy.

    I have it. I occasionally sleep with splints on both wrists that I just picked up from Walgreens. They do help and I don't need to wear them every night anymore.

    Me: 34, DH: 38 ~ TTC since 2014
    IUI #1-3 (Nov 2015, Feb 2016, May 2016) = BFNs
    IVF ER (July 2016) = 7 PGS normal embryos
    FET #1 (Sept 2016) = BFP! DD born 5/30/17
    FET #2 (April 2019) = BFN
    FET #3 (July 2019) = BFP! DS born 3/27/20

    I've been getting flare-ups of pain between my elbow and my wrist.  It comes and goes, so I'm not sure if it's carpal tunnel (I had ct in college, but it was constant pain, so I don't know if this is the same).  Anyway, sleeping with a heating pad provides some relief for me.

    I have it! I haven't experienced it since I worked in an office typing all day so, it caught me really off guard. I haven't tried a splint or anything. I just trying to keep my arm super straight as I fall asleep. Drinking lots of water helps too.

    I have normal flare ups of carpal tunnel and with my last pregnancy it got real bad. Definitely wear wrist braces at night, it's weird to sleep like that but they will feel so much better.
