What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancy/pregnancies? I've finally stopped throwing up and have weaned off my diclegis. I'm actually feeling pretty good now (knock on wood) so hopefully I will have a nice 2nd tri like last time.
Rant/Rave/Questions? We announced that we're Team Pink again (DD is 15months) this past weekend, and I'm already so annoyed with the "I guess you're going to have to have a 3rd to try for a boy" comments. I mean, I should have expected it, but still, annoying how everyone thinks your family isn't perfect until you have one of each.
Have you bought anything for this baby yet? Nothing yet! I've started pinning nursery ideas on Pinterest. I want the girls to feel like they each have their own unique rooms, so I want to decorate the nursery different than DDs room so she doesn't feel like she got all hand me down everything (because girlfriend is going to be wearing TONS of clothes from big sis) other than that I saved everything from DD, so really the only thing we need to buy is another crib mattress (DD will still need hers for her toddler bed) and I want more bottles so I don't have to do dishes every night (We only had FIVE total with DD).
GTKY: What's your favorite TV Show? (On TV currently or a "classic") I think my favorite is still The Office. It's the only show I actually bought the seasons of, and still rewatch.

Similar to @LuLiLaEv, I think people (family) were disappointed that we are having another girl. But no one told us to go have another, probably because we were proudly team "one and done" for 5 good years.

Nada. I did put something in my amazon cart, but then I took it out. We're in the middle of buying a house, so trying not to spend. I'll just buy everything after that.

Hmm.. I'm not sure if I have an all time favorite. Current favorite is Call the Midwife.

What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancy/pregnancies? No symptoms this pregnancy or last. I have great pregnancies thank God. I've gained a lot less weight with this one, maybe due to still breast feeding my 6 month old. With my son I gained 16 pounds by now and this one I've gained 3.
Rant/Rave/Questions? Not being able to fit into my gym clothes but also not big enough to fit into maternity gym clothes either! I look ridiculous going to the gym in hoodies everyday!

What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancy/pregnancies? still having sciatica and now back pain. Otherwise, I feel great! I didn't really have any symptoms with my son so this is all new to me!
Rant/Rave/Questions? I am just waiting to get my husbands genetic test results back. Hopefully next week. It is just stressful waiting to see if he is a carrier!

What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancy?
My symptoms seem to have quieted down for the most part. All I'm left with at this point is the feeling like my pelvis is popping apart every time I move wrong (which is a lot). I also have entered in to that stage where I have to pee all the time, but never fully manage to empty my bladder. It's a super fun stage.

Still wondering about that weird flushed skin, although in thinking right now it's probably just because it's super dry. Also, it's my birthday today and I'm 29 years old and feel it. Sigh.
Have you bought anything for baby yet?
I typically hold off buying anything until I know what genders I'm working with. If they are boys, I'm pretty set on most things. I'm also a little superstitious and am waiting until after the anatomy scan to really commit money to big items like car seats and whatnot.
GTKY: What is your favorite TV show? (On TV currently or a classic)
I'm a crime show junkie, so I love NCIS, though I don't know what I'll do without Tony. I also love Blue Bloods. But I also have been watching The Grand Tour, the Shannara Chronicles, and Once Upon a Time.

What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancy/pregnancies? Today I woke up with a splitting headache. I am praying it is just a fluke, especially after reading the headaches thread.
Rant/Rave/Questions? Just wondering how @LuLiLaEv survived with just 5 bottles. I'm so impressed!!
Have you bought anything for this baby yet? The only thing we've purchased is a sit and stand stroller for $15 on Craigslist (actually, my sister found it for me). Our house is so full of toddler toys right now that the thought of adding baby gear is overwhelming. We will need to clear up some of the junk before that happens.
GTKY: What's your favorite TV Show? (On TV currently or a "classic") I absolutely love The Office and Parks and Rec, to the point where I have seen each series about half a dozen times.

What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancy/pregnancies? I thought my nausea and vomiting was gone, but it turns out the diclegis has just been working really well for me. I forgot to take it last night and am absolutely miserable today. I wasn't sick hardly at all with DS. My sciatica is back, much earlier than last time. Other than that, I'm feeling pretty good most days.
Rant/Rave/Questions? Still having the constant mental battle of RCS/trying for a vbac. I think the biggest thing is I'm afraid to try for a vbac and not be successful and be extremely disappointed again, despite trying to go into it with an open mind.
Have you bought anything for this baby yet? A couple of clearance outfits and a "Little Sister" sleeper. And maybe a few pair of Freshly Picked Moccs.... oops.

Have you bought anything for this baby yet? I got the kiddo a sleeper to come home in (white with foxes since we are team green). This kid is getting 100% hand me downs from either DD or DS, so I was stoked to get basically the only new thing!

What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancy/pregnancies? Motion Sickness started up yesterday in full force. Paired with nausea that has come back my 2 hour and 20 min of driving a day has not been fun.

Have you bought anything for this baby yet? Yes as a photographer Im already thinking newborn shoot so slowly buying props while saving for the big stuff. Items include a HP onesie and a little stuffed owl that looks like Hedwig.

Definitely starting to feel bigger. Didn't show with my daughter until 20 or so weeks so this is different. I was feeling like I wouldn't show and all of a sudden I feel huge.

I'm with you ladies who have been annoyed with people being disappointed about me having another girl. Thankfully nobody says anything anymore so I'm guessing they got over it.

No nothing yet. She will probably get all hand me downs as far as clothes go. We already have a second crib mattress that we got extra and instead of returning we decided to pay for and keep for future use. We will really only need a second crib and double stroller and both of those can wait.

That's a tough one. There are so many---I watch way too much TV lol. I loved Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Arrested development. Loved the Office and Parks and Rec and of course Breaking Bad. Out of the ones I'm currently watching, probably the walking dead.

What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancy/pregnancies? I am still fighting off the nausea, and headaches are my current nightmare. I did actually cook dinner for the first time in forever tonight. It was so good, but I'm now feeling a bit queasy.
Rant/Rave/Questions? Had a doctor's appointment today. He had a hard time finding the heartbeat, which he found in .2 second every other time. He seemed a bit freaked out, and said he was going to try again, but if he couldn't find it, we would do an US. That's when I got a little nervous. He tried again, ad found it, thoug. Baby was just hiding down low. Got me freaked out, then I was excited to see baby unexpectedly...then I was just so happy to hear the heartbeat. Bit of a whirlwind appointment. Also schedule my AS for 2/28...so excited!
Have you bought anything for this baby yet? Nope. We did get new big boy room stuff for DS so we could use the crib for this LO. My MIL bought us a double stroller and a glider. That's it so far, though. I don't plan to buy much either way - just new nursery bedding/decor. If it's another July boy, then I'll just use clothes from him. If it's a girl, my mom and sister said they will throw a sprinkle for girl clothes. Everything else I'll take as it comes.

Feeling really tired and depressed. It's like a strong version of my first pregnancy.

DD has Croup and we spent a few hours last night at the urgent care.
DH has been working late a lot or coming home on time only to continue working remotely. All of the work falls on me and I am so exhausted from this pregnancy. It's also really hard when I have to rush home on a crowded train and not even get a minute to decompress because I am on mommy duty.
Did we buy anything?
Nope.
I know I need some furniture. I want a mini crib for the LO and a toddler bed for DD. The nursery doubled as a guest room and now we need to fit another baby in there. It's not only a small room but effectively has one wall that's usable. 2 walls have 2 doors each and one has a radiator.
If we get a boy we'll need some clothes, so let's just wait and see.
Favorite TV shows?
I love TV and watch everything. I enjoyed Mozart in the Jungle but the last season was not really good. And pretty much anything on HBO like GoT, Veep, Silicon Valley.
How far along are you? 17 weeks
What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancy/pregnancies? I feel pretty much the same. Maybe more tired. I am definitely bigger this time around. I look like I did last time at 6 months!

GTKY: What's your favorite TV Show? (On TV currently or a "classic") current is Grey's Anatomy. Little older is Friends (can't bring myself to call it a classic because that makes me feel old). Actual classic would be MASH, I've seen every episode multiple times and still watch it in bed every night.

I have a nasty cold or something. This morning I felt like I swallowed a baseball. Fortunately it went away about 2 hours after I got up.
Other than that, I am enjoying lots of baby bubble movement!

My parents are visiting. DH and my parents have an awesome relationship. I'm in awe and so grateful. Our son is SO excited they're here, too!!
Have you bought anything for this baby yet?
Yes!! I fell in love with this gently used baby rocker at my favorite secondhand children's store nearby - it's like a bouncy seat meets wood rocking chair frame. The seat lays flat or can sit upright, and you can lock the rocker so the seat is stationary. It may be the only thing we buy, actually, so there's a weird amount of meaning behind it for me! (We have everything from DS still and are getting things on loan from friends with babies.)

Haha this is like a FFFC: DH and I have watched The Sopranos complete series like 5x. I'm not even sure it's my favorite, but can't think of anything else right now.

What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancy/pregnancies? Symptoms seem worse than previous pregnancies. Usually I was feeling energy by this point. I'm still tired and food doesn't sit well even though I'm hungry for it.
Rant/Rave/Questions? I leave next Saturday for our babymoon! Palm Springs, CA. Sad we had to cancel our Florida and Turks & Caicos trips but at least it looks warm there!
