Hello, all! I guess I'll ask some guidance questions to get us started! What were your exercise and/or fitness goals pre-pregnancy? Did they change when you found out you were expecting? If so, how? What are your current goals? What did you do in the last week to help you meet your goals? What short term goals are you going to work toward this week?
My goal for 2017 is to walk 730 miles, and that goal did not change when I got my BFP. I've already completed 62.82 miles! I also wanted to continue to work toward my goal weight, but now I'm refocusing on gaining a healthy amount for the duration of this pregnancy. I didn't work toward that at all this week, since all I've been craving is candy, specifically Twizzlers! I'm going to try to limit my sweets this week to one serving per day. I want to walk 2 miles at least 5 days this week. Last week, I was able to do 4 days. I also need to drink more water, since I tend to be dehydrated (I hate water). I'm going to aim for two glasses a day. I'm thinking about getting a Britta pitcher to help with the taste.

Agree with not enough water. I've been trying to hard, and getting better, but definitely lots of room for improvement. I've been getting probably 50-60 oz a day.
As for me I have been able to attend at least one yoga class and two cross fit classes a week for the past couple of weeks. I am normally a very active person but as soon as my nausea and food aversions started a few weeks ago I know not to push myself. If I am not eating properly than I know I can not go and sweat my butt off and burn calories I do not have to burn, I take it easy. I rest or some nights I have chosen to take my dog for a walk instead of doing high impact
My husband bought me a new FitBit for Christmas, so I'm really getting back on track, but I haven't been to the gym but once this week
My goals this next week are to hit the gym at least 3 times and drink a gallon of water a day

April Siggy Challenge
I've been lucky that my symptoms have been minimal so I've been pretty good this week! I set a goal of 30mins of activity 5× a week. This week I did:
M full body circuit training class
T treadmill (walking hills)
W elliptical
T yoga
F lower body circuit training class
I'm really lucky to have a gym at work and we have trainers come in 3 times a week to do 30 minute classes. I have an elliptical at home for days I don't make it on my lunch. Hoping to get out for some walks this weekend, but the snow has come back
I also got a Fitbit for Christmas so it's helping me get motivated to get off my butt (although I think my butt will hurt tomorrow!)
