Still having all the nausea, and now heartburn to go along with it. Main craving is potato soup (my mom has made it for me twice in 5 days, lol)

Very slight nausea hit this week. I haven’t been sick yet, just feel on the verge. My jeans are also getting a bit snug, even more so after I eat. Sooooo much earlier than DS!

Upcoming appointments this week? Nope

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings? Pants are getting pretty tight, which seems early. Cravings aren't as intense, which makes me feel like less of a monster.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm doing the Counsyl informed pregnancy screening, because of family history of some genetic issues. Has anyone else done this? Blood draw isn't for another week and a half, and then results take a week, and I feel like I may go insane waiting.

@HollyGolightly09 Yes, I'm having cramps. I'm noticing them being different than with my loss. Those felt like twinges and stretching, this time it feels more like stabs. I also have days where I just have a general dull cramp feeling down there all day.

Very tired and sore nipples.

Just irritated on how long the process takes to finally get an ultrasound done and before I even see the OB. After bloodwork I then need to see the nurse. Then can make my appointment for an ultrasound. Then have my OB appointment a week after that. I feel like it is taking forever to get this ball moving.

@jmn1985 I saw a crib the other day that was SO beautiful... but so ridiculously priced, lol. Also, it would not work for a boy at all... so even more ridiculous.

I feel like if I only buy pricey for one thing it will be a car seat.

@HollyGolightly09 @jmn1985 Yep, I'm also having a bit of cramping! It's dull and seems to happen most in the late afternoon, early nighttime.

How far along are you? 6 weeks! I don't know why, but there's something about hitting this week that makes it finally seem real.

How big is baby? A sweet pea.

Upcoming appointments this week? Sadly, no. My first is February 6th.

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings? The exhaustion finally set in, this week. Despite getting over eight hours of sleep last night, I already want to take a nap. I feel like a zombie!

Rants/Raves/Questions? Is anybody else already building a registry, this early? I feel like the only thing I have control over is how well we prepare for this wee one, so I've read more reviews of strollers than I care to admit! This is our first, so the endless options are a bit overwhelming.

GTKY: What is your favorite flavor of ice cream? Meyer Lemon. There's a local place, here in Waco, that makes it seasonally and just put out their first batch. It's divine--tart, fresh, and exactly what I need to banish those midwinter blues.

Nothing new. Exhaustion, nausea, sore boobs, etc.

I keep having this dream about twins. It's making me even more anxious for tomorrow but I know it's unlikely. Either way I can't wait. Even though I've been hit with tons of symptoms it still feels hypothetical. I can't wait to actually SEE someone in there and feeling more comfortable celebrating.

6 weeks

Pea

First appointment with the nurse to confirm pregnancy was yesterday. So far, so good.Looking forward to my first ultrasound Feb. 10th.

Sore boobs, fatigue. Some nausea, but then again, I am recovering from a cold so it is hard to say what is a pregnancy symptom and what is ick.

Husband wants to tell his parents this weekend that DS is going to be a big brother. I know he is excited to tell someone, but it is so dang early. Unfortunately, (although sometimes fortunately..) we live about 6 hours away from my in laws, so there will not be another good time to tell them in person at any point in the near future.

Mint chip or plain vanilla. ☺

More spotting. I had a few days of really bad nausea this week. As for cravings, as gross as it is, McDonalds cheeseburgers. I normally hate McDonalds.

Really wish this spotting would stop. My pregnancy with DS was so easy, it's like a night and day difference with this one. *shakes fist*

Upcoming appointments this week? I need to make one... procrastinating because I am struggling with having a baby in CA and not in CO or with my CO Midwifery Center.

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings? Nursing is starting to hurt a little less. Still cold but not as cold. Still queasy and exhausted all the time. And the super sniffer is still in effect. Cravings? For the two minutes I actually want food, basically anything with shredded lettuce like a BLT or all the Taco Bell.

Rants/Raves/Questions? My IL's strike once again. They never committed to any dates they'd come out to visit other than late January. So we make plans to meet friends at Big Bear on Saturday a few days ago. Yesterday MIL texts DH that she is flying in Friday. Arghhhhh :-/

First one in three weeks...I hate waiting! My first two pregnancies I had US at 8 weeks.

Bathroom issues....been eating a lot of Tex mex!

Rants/raves/questions:
i hate dressing this stage of pregnancy. I was chubby before but now I'm so bloated and my tummy is icky feeling so I can't stand to squeeze into any regular pants, but I'm not near big enough for the maternity ones. I don't want anything snug on my belly at the moment. I've been cycling the same two pairs of yoga pants. Come on second trimester so the gut can flow free!!
Also--the bump just deleted half of my post when I tried to post it!! >:(

Vanilla! Although I love my grocery store brand sea salt caramel truffle too

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings? No cravings yet or bad aversions. I've been really cold...as in no matter what i do i cannot warm up.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Decreasing coffee is seriously hard. I hate it and want to throw a fit like a cold because i miss my coffee.
