  Check out the symptoms thread. This is a perfect question for that thread. There are a lot of ladies here who've had no symptoms or seen their symptoms come and go. Presence or lack there of is not necessarily a sign of a healthy pregnancy. Try not to stress too much and if you're really concerned you can do what others have and POAS obsessively until your appointment.

  My best friend went 6 months into her pregnancy with no symptoms and didn't even know she was pregnant.

  My pregnancy symptoms are crazy this time. I'm between 4-5 weeks. During the day, I barely have any symptoms then during the evening my breasts start getting tender and achy and the reflux/nausea starts up.
