How far along are you? How many weeks to you anticipate is left until baby arrives? 33w. Only 4 weeks until baby is considered full term - because that's not terrifying or anything.
Any "special" moments with baby this week? Not really. I've just generally been worried about her growing big and strong. Haven't gained any weight in the past couple weeks and my belly doesn't seem any bigger - both of which don't help with me worrying about her being too small.
Any interesting pregnancy developments (for you or baby)? This morning I woke up with muscle pain on one side of my belly - it felt like I pulled a muscle there. Later, I started feeling LO have hiccups again only this time it was right below my ribs - so I'm pretty sure LO flipped breach *sigh*
Tell us how you REALLY feel: Anxious. As a person trained to handle emergency and crisis situations with ease, nothing gives me more anxiety than pregnancy somehow, lol!
GTKY: If you had the ability to choose your LOs birthday, what date would you choose and why? If she comes out healthy, I won't really care what the date is. But March 17th is the anniversary of the night I met my husband, so as a symbolism of the love we created her in, it would be kinda cool to have her born that day.
How far along are you? How many weeks to you anticipate is left until baby arrives? 33 weeks! 6 weeks, 3 days until c-section date. YIKESYIKESYIKES.
Any "special" moments with baby this week? Not really. DS tried to lay back against me last night and DS2 started moving up a storm. So the fight for mama's lap begins already.
Any interesting pregnancy developments (for you or baby)? Not really here either. I don't want to jinx myself still but I feel mostly okay most of the time. But then I grocery shopped last night and came home feeling dead.
Tell us how you REALLY feel: ANXIOUS. And I'm trying not to be. Probably overly worried about discharge. Is it amount normal? Is that color normal? Is it really that color or has it just combined to a darker color in the liner? TMITMITMI
GTKY: If you had the ability to choose your LOs birthday, what date would you choose and why? I kinda did get to pick the 13th. So, inevitably, I'm expecting to go into labor and he'll pick his own birthday. DS's birthday is 3/3. So I thought 3/3 and 3/13 would be fun. My due date is the 17th, which would have been awesome too.

How far along are you? How many weeks to you anticipate is left until baby arrives? 34w. Hoping baby waits until term for at least another 3 weeks. The later baby comes, the better! I had my son at 35w, but hoping I have more than a week left this time!
Any "special" moments with baby this week? Baby has a really quiet day last Saturday which was pretty scary. Since then everything has been much better.
Any interesting pregnancy developments (for you or baby)? I am addicted to unsweetened apple sauce. Only 3 more progesterone shots to go. Hurray!
Tell us how you REALLY feel: I actually feel decent. I'm definitely sick of being pregnant, but I'm not miserable or anything. I'm totally ready for the baby, just need to start to wind down some work projects in preparation. I do have anxiety about my VBAC.
GTKY: If you had the ability to choose your LOs birthday, what date would you choose and why? Any day after 2/16 except March 21st because that is MIL's birthday. I really don't want this baby to have to share a birthday (my son share's with FIL).
How far along are you? How many weeks to you anticipate is left until baby arrives?
33 weeks - yay! Need to keep her in until the beginning of March at least or else I will have ZERO of my family there...
Any "special" moments with baby this week?
I've been able to capture some video of her movements which is apparently quite difficult.. someone is a bit camera shy even in the womb!
Any interesting pregnancy developments (for you or baby)?
Just reached the point where if I am not at the right angle my airway is pretty much completely blocked. Had my SIL fix my lash extensions earlier this week and that was a bit of torture to endure.
Tell us how you REALLY feel:
Honestly, a bit bummed that I won't ever have a 'perfect baby bump' like most women get. My torso is just long enough she has the space she needs without poking out too much. DH was so looking forward to that and I feel a bit sad it won't happen...
GTKY: If you had the ability to choose your LOs birthday, what date would you choose and why? Either a few days before or after the 13th, if possible. DH really wants to keep his birthday as his own. I'd rather she come earlier rather than later though so I'm okay with it being before the 13th!
@datalover13 any time DS tries to sit against my belly she kicks him too! a glimpse into our future i suppose lol
How far along are you? How many weeks to you anticipate is left until baby arrives? 34 weeks... about 6
Any "special" moments with baby this week? not really, i know she's getting more cramped in there
Any interesting pregnancy developments (for you or baby)? definitely consistently sore now... and lovely heartburn/nausea every night when i lay down
Tell us how you REALLY feel: i have short people preggo problems. DH is in GA for a few days so i'm driving the explorer instead of the truck to save gas. even with my steering wheel all the way in and my seat as far back as possible while still touching the pedals, my belly bumps the damn wheel and makes turning a bitch. plus my seatbelt lays very obnoxiously and she absolutely hates sitting in the car for some reason lol. i get punched and kicked the whole time i drive.
GTKY: If you had the ability to choose your LOs birthday, what date would you choose and why? march 6. I'm due the 10th so it's not a stretch. my bday is the 4th and my dad's is the 7th. I'd love for her to be a part of our birthday week. now that i'm older i've enjoyed celebrating with my dad, going out for a drink or something
@katem I had almost no bump with my first...I just looked fat. It definitely bummed me out. This time I've had a huge bump since about 5 months. Hopefully if you have another pregnancy you get a big bump or yours suddenly pops out!
@datalover13 I gotta admit, I'm a little jealous that you have an exact date to count down to - it seems so much more real! Also, no such thing as TMI, this is a judgment-free zone, lol. @KellyT22 Those quiet days are super scary... But glad she's been more active lately! Saying a special prayer that you are able to make it full term @KateM I am having the same shy womb problems! Every time I turn a camera to my belly, it's like she KNOWS to be completely still. Just a further reminder that she makes all the decisions here lol @Gators&BoSox The idea of y'all all having the same birthday week, and passing down a tradition that you share with your dad to your daughter is adorable. I hope it works out for you!!
How far along are you? How many weeks to you anticipate is left until baby arrives? 35 weeks! Honestly at this point I have no idea. I went to almost 42 weeks with DS so ive been planning on this baby coming late as well, but unfortunately now we are taking it day by day, and I'm just praying she stays put for another 2 weeks at least!
Any "special" moments with baby this week? I have been spending more time lately in the evenings "playing" with her when I have a foot sticking way out or something.
Any interesting pregnancy developments (for you or baby)? Uh, well Saturday night we were pretty sure we were gonna be meeting her early! I was in the hospital with contractions every 4 minutes for hours, and nothing was making them slow down. Turns out this is my "new normal"-- I have an "irritable uterus" so I have contractions all day every day and they are regular, timetable, and intense- but yet my cervix remains closed.
Tell us how you REALLY feel: Pretty freaking miserable.
GTKY: If you had the ability to choose your LOs birthday, what date would you choose and why? Any time after 2/10 would be fine with me. I just want to get to 37 weeks.
How far along are you? How many weeks to you anticipate is left until baby arrives? 32 weeks! I had a growth ultrasound yesterday and the doctors said she's measuring at 35 weeks and 5lbs. My doctor thinks I'll have the baby around 37 or 38weeks.
Any "special" moments with baby this week? She's moving sooo much. I love it!
Any interesting pregnancy developments (for you or baby)? I had a sonogram yesterday and they could tell that she had a head full of hair. I had no idea that they could see that!
Tell us how you REALLY feel: I'm just tired. All. The. Time.
GTKY: If you had the ability to choose your LOs birthday, what date would you choose and why? I would choose March 20th. I was born June 20, DH is Sept 20th, and DS is October 20th. It is only 5 days before my due date so it could happen!
How far along are you? How many weeks to you anticipate is left until baby arrives? 32 weeks - according to the doctor at my last visit, we might have to induce at 39 or 40 weeks, so less than two months left.
Any "special" moments with baby this week? Our booger is notorious for having raves in my stomach until my husband tries to feel him moving, then he suddenly stops - well, this week, when hubby was sitting in his recliner and I was saying goodnight to him as I was standing, he leaned over to hug me - and the baby moved and essentially kicked him in the face. Goooooooood baby! Also, apparently my husband had a lactation dream - in which HE was lactating. At the same time, I was dreaming that I was Deadpool. Talk about a swap that I'll take any day!
Any interesting pregnancy developments (for you or baby)? I'd noticed before that when I eat oranges, the baby moves around like crazy and wondered if he'd have a taste for them once he's old enough to start eating solid foods. Did a little research and learned that although it is much more subdued than our own, in utero, babies do have a sense of taste, so it's entirely possible.
Tell us how you REALLY feel: Bleh. I have been dealing with Seasonal Affective Disorder since I was twelve. Realized this week that it has been hitting me HARD, but I haven't been taking care of it the way I normally would because I'd been writing off the symptoms as third trimester issues. But have talked to husband and family about it, and have an appointment with the OBGYN on Monday and will mention it, so it will be taken care of. In the meantime, I'm just trying to force myself to keep on top of things till it passes.
GTKY: If you had the ability to choose your LOs birthday, what date would you choose and why? Eh, no particular preference, except I would prefer it not overlap with holidays and other birthdays. Maybe would have liked him to get here a little bit later in the year so that future birthday parties could have a guarantee of nice outdoors weather.
Congrats @mrsyimster!!!!! I'll change the Friday ticker change next week to have more inclusive questions so that any mamas who already delivered can update us on their LOs progress and also how they are doing
