Has anyone gotten a bfp and used essential oils or correlated the pregnancy to using the oils? I've read lots about them helping with stress and balancing hormones, but wondering if anyone had any success stories?
Hey @porter784 , I have also heard of tHIS. I went on AMAZON and bought a diffuser, and some oils and going to start it trying it- I am almost 5 weeks (very early) but I did hear other women use these (lavender) to help. best of luck

Any response you get is going to be anecdotal and doesn't have any effect on your fertility. There's no scientific evidence to suggest that. Your best bet for getting pregnant is temping and having lots of sex. Good luck.

yeah, i have read that some essential oils can be harmful during pregnancy, and that a lot of them should be avoided in the first trimester. this made me worried to use my lush bath bombs (which is probably silly, there's hardly any EOs in there), and made me wonder about humidifier/diffusers. has anyone used one? it gets so dry in the house in the winter, and i was thinking of buying one...but i thought maybe i should wait until i'm in the 2nd trimester?
As often as I diffuse Gentle Baby and Lavender, I personally think EOs are a bunch of crock. My sister sells YL brand and gifted me some for my baby shower and I can't get on board with them, besides that they smell nice.
On that note, you should look up what oils are deemed pregnancy safe. There are certain ones you don't want to use, as they can cause contractions and premature labor (not sure how true this is, as I used a couple to kickstart labor and I got nothin!!), but I will totally recommend adding a couple drops of lavender to your bath water. My skin was a bit smoother and I like the smell.
@porter784 I read in a book called Conceiving Healthy Babies that geranium oil can help gently balance hormones. I don't put a lot of stock into essential oils, but I did love doing all the things I could to help me conceive, and feeling proactive during that vulnerable time. I would put a drop in the diffuser or a drop in the bath. It's very, very strong- just one drop will do!
Due with rainbow rainbow rainbow baby on 9/29/17 It's been a long road- Let's just say that!
I am going to my first oil class next week and am super excited to learn all about the oils as I just got my BFP and my DD suffers from environmental allergies
