Not feeling quiet as nauseous anymore, of course that just makes me feel paranoid...

No, but I may be getting myself a fetal doppler with my next paycheck just to rest my mind.
I'm Amanda and am 35, will be 36 by delivery. This is my fifth pregnancy and will be third child.

It's fine. I haven't noticed much of a difference.
What is new and exciting this week?
We have our gender reveal on Sunday! I got the envelope a week ago and took it straight to the bakery.

How is being an AMA mama treating you?
I feel about the same amount exhausted as I did when I was pregnant the first time, so not too bad.
What is new and exciting this week?
We announced to my parents because we were visiting them and won't see them again until May. I'm high risk for AMA (obviously) and for a clotting propensity (Factor V Leiden) so we were going to wait longer but I'm glad we didn't. They are very excited.
GTKY: Have you bought any baby stuff for this pregnancy yet?
Not yet. If it's another girl then we'll have to buy very little.

How is being an AMA mama treating you? I'm a lot sicker this time around, but other than that, everything seems like before.
What is new and exciting this week? Found baby easily on Doppler this morning. I'm waffling about taking the non-invasive genetic testing.
GTKY: Have you bought any baby stuff for this pregnancy yet? I have, I bought a co-sleeper I saw that was on super clearance. I gave away/sold all my other stuff as we were done after our last. Surprise!

I am so so incredibly exhausted. All this was so much easier for me 10 years ago with my first!
What is new and exciting this week?
We had our first appointment and ultrasound last Friday, and so far everything looks good! We have the genetic testing coming up next Friday.
GTKY: Have you bought any baby stuff for this pregnancy yet?
Nope. My youngest is 16 months, and we've kept most everything. I will probably need to look at a double stroller, but that's the only big ticket item I should have to buy this time around.

How is being an AMA mama treating you?
Still tired and getting achey. Feels like I went full on in the gym, but haven't exercised since BFP.
What is new and exciting this week?
NT scan today. Oh and my toddler took 1 1/2 hrs to go down for a nap. He has to get up in 20 minutes so I can make my on appointment on time. Weather is also snowy/ slushy and not great. So much for putting him down on time. He's also decided he likes pulling the outlet covers out of the outlets.
GTKY: Have you bought any baby stuff for this pregnancy yet?
No, but I've done plenty of online stalking for baby items I want.

How is being an AMA mama treating you?
I'm exhausted a lot, but I'm sure a big part of that is constantly waking up at night and more often than not having trouble falling back asleep. I'm queasy every afternoon and evening and I finally got sick in the middle of the night a few days ago. My symptoms aren't too different from my other pregnancies though.
What is new and exciting this week?
Nothing that I can think of. I'm happy that my older one only has 1 hockey game this weekend so it kind of feels like a break.
GTKY: Have you bought any baby stuff for this pregnancy yet?
No. We have most of the gear already, but we'll eventually need a new car seat and crib. I'm sure there will be a handful of other things to replace, but I doubt we'll buy those things until at least halfway through the pregnancy. We didn't find out the sex either time and won't find out again so I have enough gender neutral clothing to get me through the beginning. The one thing we bought in preparation for having 3 car seats across in my car was a new booster seat for my 8 year old.
This is my second pregnancy. I am 35 now and will be 35 or 36 at delivery, as baby is due right around my birthday. DH is 40 and DS is 3.

How is being an AMA mama treating you?
I am exhausted this time around, but I am also taking unisome for my morning sickness, so I am spending a lot less time curled up in bed unable to function. Last time around I slept about 14 hours a day just to avoid life.
What is new and exciting this week?
I did a blood test yesterday, so should find out soon if I am at higher risk for anything. They took a long time to find a good vein and once they did I ended up passing out 2/3 of the way through the draw. I have never had that happen before and hope it dose not become common.
GTKY: Have you bought any baby stuff for this pregnancy yet?
No baby stuff. I waiting to find out the sex if it is another boy we have pretty much all we need. I did by a maternity dress on sale for $7 at Target. We live somewhere a lot warmer in the summer this time around so I figure I will be living in dresses the last month or so.

I am perma tired after 3:30pm.

My hair and nails are growing like crazy. I'm obsessed.

I was finally able to find the heartbeat at home on a fetal doppler monitor a few days ago and have done so every day since
Makes everything so much more real.
