April Siggy Challenge
Tuesday - Grilled Chicken Salads
Wednesday - Breakfast Pizza (Its been on the agenda for weeks and I still haven't made it)
Thursday - Cube steak with peppers and onions and baked potato
Friday - Out
Disclaimer* I am totally not feeling it this week so at least one night after work I will be picking up a rotisserie chicken or burgers (possibly more than one night)
Tuesday - black bean soup/stew
Wednesday - Burritos
Thursday - date night
Friday - spaghetti and veggie meatballs
Burritos are a filler, I tend to make them when I don't know what to cook
And I supposed I can answer the question, dinner this week will be whatever casseroles are left in the feeezer. Once a month a do a 'casserole night' and make a months worth of dinners and freeze them. Then I just pull one out the night before I want to cook it.

"I'm having fruit salad for dinner. Well, it's mostly just grapes, actually. Ok all grapes. Fermented grapes. Fine, I'm having wine for dinner."
