Crock pot philly cheese steaks. Roast, peppers, onions, garlic, beef broth, worcestershire, seasoning, cooked all day and then served on toasted rolls with melted cheese. So easy and delicious! I also made homemade chicken noodle soup since my little one is under the weather so we've got plenty of leftovers for a few days.

Having carnitas nachos tonight. Probably carnitas tacos for dinner tomorrow night. Who knows about the rest of the week. My carnitas was the only thing I really planned on making this week. They've been in the crock pot all day!

We have a bunch of left overs from family being in town Saturday/Sunday but this is the plan so far...
Tonight- Potato-leek-kale soup and left over salad Tuesday- left over soup and must-go's from the weekend Wednesday- Crockpot herb chicken with carrots and salad Thursday- Greek venison burgers, zucchini fritters with taziki and some other side Friday-Sunday- undecided
We had stew and biscuits for dinner using the leftovers from a roast I put in the crockpot last week.
I don't know what else yet. I have some already cooked burger I need to use before it goes bad and I also have some chicken. I need to get better at the whole meal plan thing.

Instead I ate some rotisserie chicken and some shells and cheese. Ha!
