  I had one similar to this one for my first pregnancy. It was amazing. Loved that I could put the pack in the microwave and heat it up.... It was like walking around with a heating pad on my back. Helped so much!  I had awful sciatic pain with my first. I currently can't find it and I'm bummed bc I'm starting to have some back pain
