    How far along are you? 18 Weeks

    How big is baby? Artichoke or Sweet Potato

    Appointment updates? Other than going for some routine blood work, nothing until my anatomy scan on the 7th!

    Any new symptoms or changes? Pregnancy brain is in FULL effect, I feel like my bump is much bigger than it is. Otherwise feeling pretty good. Lots of baby movements!

    Rants/Raves/Questions? Rant: This was really a rough week. I fell down the stairs Monday morning (only the last five steps - me and baby are fine. I'm just a little sore still), our washer machine broke when I went to wash my jeans that got dirty while falling down the stairs Monday night. Leaving us to purchase a new washer/dryer (the dryer was on it's way out) Tuesday which was just not in the plans with a baby coming (new ones being delivered today). Work was just all sorts of stressful this week. Finally, we woke up Friday to the water line that runs to our refrigerator leaking (for the second time) into our basement creating a mess. Just ready for a new week to start! I have reminded myself several times that it could be much worse, but just ugh! 

    GTKY: How did you meet your significant other? Through an adult kick ball league that we each joined due to mutual friends.

    Appointment updates? Not for another week

    Any new symptoms or changes?  Bump is starting to show! Starting to feel lots more abdominal pressure.

    Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm getting concerned about GD because I don't know if my diet is horrible or normal! People seem to frown on me when I eat sweets. First time at this rodeo so no clue, but the baby demanded peanut m&ms yesterday.

    GTKY: How did you meet your significant other? (stolen from Thursday & Friday) I accepted a last minute invite to a wedding. I did the whole "stand in front of him and ignore him" trick and it worked! Lol. We ended up hanging out the whole night together like two 4 year olds who meet on a playground and decide they're best friends. We even slept on the same couch that night after I found myself locked out of my hotel room-- totally PG just for the record! Ha!

    @graceriesz how scary that you fell and so sorry about all the bummers this week! Hoping the next few weeks are nice and quiet for you.

    Appointment updates? So excited for my first ultrasound on this coming Monday! 

    Any new symptoms or changes?  Heart burn that just wont quit

    Rants/Raves/Questions? Rant: Not sure how much longer I'm expected to do the work for four people. I work in a restaurant so I'm on my feet all day and have been told I have sciatica already. It hurts to get out of bed let alone be on my feet for eight plus hours a day. And then to have Co workers annoyed at me for not doing THEIR working for them?! Not sure how much longer that's going to last. 

    GTKY: How did you meet your significant other? (stolen from Thursday & Friday) I met him at the restaurant I work in. The first time we worked together he left a really bad impression. Something we would do then was pranking food / drinks. He decided it would be a really funny idea to put about a quarter cup of salt in my drink while I was helping customers. I, of course, yelled at the other guy working because, why in the world would the guy I'm working with for the first time ever prank my drink?! Yeah, it was my husband.

    How big is baby? Endive, but my siggy ticker says pomegranate...

    Appointment updates? Had prenatal on Thursday, everything is great, perfect heart beat at 165 bpm :)

    Any new symptoms or changes? I started getting heartburn this past week! No fun :(

    Rants/Raves/Questions? Just really excited because in about 5 minutes we are leaving for our baby moon to Disney for a week!

    GTKY: How did you meet your significant other? (stolen from Thursday & Friday) We met on match.com. I feel like I got super lucky, because he's the first and only date I had :)

    @graceriesz So sorry about your crummy week! I hope things turn around soon!

    How big is baby?  Banana

    Appointment updates? This Tuesday we have the much anticipated anatomy scan!

    Any new symptoms or changes?  Constipated. Eating more fiber. Considering medimucal. I'm  getting really bloated and trouble sleeping comfortably. Pants are not my friend right now. Thank God leggings exist.

    Rants/Raves/Questions?  I feel like doing nothing and at the same time I want to do something if that makes sense. I told hubby we need to go on more dates or something, before our little one arrives. Last night we went looking at two baby stores. So overwhelming. I'm hoping that when my sister in law comes with us it will be easier to make decisions, because right now I have no idea which car seat, stroller, high chair, and whatever else I'm forgetting is best. : (

    Our two best friends (moh and best man in our weddings) were dating. They didn't last, but we did!

    @wifeinraleigh28 Thank you. Weird, the bump app told me baby was a size of a pomegranate at 17w last week - and your siggy is by the bump...

    How far along are you? Week 19!

    How big is baby? Mango

    Appointment updates? I got referred to an endocrinologist last week due to abnormally high T3. I had blood work done for that and I see him this week on Wednesday at 7am (!!!). There office is an hour from my house so that will be a long day. 

    Any new symptoms or changes?  I look huge all of a sudden and im not sure why the drastic change this week. 

    Rants/Raves/Questions? Rant on my toddler who screams when he's alone with me but acts fine with his dad

    How far along are you? - expecting mom is 19+4.  Apparently I had her due date off a week...whoops!

    Appointment updates? She had an appointment yesterday that we thought was going to be the anatomy scan, but that isn't until next week.

    @RaeR144 are you considering seeing a chiropractor for your sciatica? I also have it and discussed it with my Dr and that is what she recommended.

    How big is baby? Endive? No idea what that is lol. Another app says Ball Cap.

    Appointment updates? We saw our doctor Friday baby was uncooperative during a/s so we are scheduled for another ultrasound in February.

    Any new symptoms or changes?  Sciatica, l am not sure if I will see a chiropractor or not so far pain has not been terrible.

    Rants/Raves/Questions? My SIL just had her baby and I am having baby fever so bad. Can't wait to hold my little man.

    GTKY: How did you meet your significant other? (stolen from Thursday & Friday). Through my parents actually. He is the son of my mom's best friend.

    @graceriesz The siggy ticker almost never matches up with the bump app! It's so weird. And sometimes the fruits they do are mixed up by several weeks (such as with the pomegranate). But, all fruits vary in size, sometimes drastically, right? So it's all kind of just for fun anyway, haha.

    @tmrussell. Doctor prescribed massage first so I have an appointment Monday and we'll see how it feels after that!
