A teary hello :(

Hi ladies with a heavy heart I find myself back here amongst the kind hearts of those who have also experienced loss. I was first on here back in 2011 when at 7 weeks 3 days I miscarried due to a blighted ovum. Immediately after that we were fortunate enough to get pregnant again and our rainbow baby was born in Jan. We have been trying for the last year and a half with little success. We had 1 chemical pregnancy, and on 12/25 we got a strong & exciting BFP. Unfortunately today at 7 weeks I have again been diagnosed with another blighted ovum. My heart is broken and I feel like I'm malfunctioning.

    Welcome @amu1234. So sorry you are here. Have you discussed testing with your doc since it's your third loss? Were you been able to get any reasoning behind the others? Sending prayers your way!  <3
    It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*

    @NYTino24 they don't feel testing is necessary since I've had a full term healthy pregnancy. I'm thinking of going to a fertility specialist, maybe they can give me some answers. No answers for why it happened just the tried and true "something wasn't right with the cell reproduction". Doesn't make it easier!

    @amu1234 I'm so sorry for your losses. FX you can find a good fertility specialist who can give you some answers

    I'm sorry you find yourself back here. In the last week, these women have helped me get through the hardest days. I hope we can do the same for you. Sending lots of hugs and love your way. ❤️

    I'm so sorry for your loss @amu1234. I have a similar story and can definitely relate to feeling like I'm broken in some way. I had two CPs before my rainbow baby, and just had a MMC in December. My doctor is very optimistic that it's just rotten luck, but it's hard not to wonder. I hope you find the answers you are looking for at the specialist.

    @amu1234 hugs, I'm so sorry you find yourself back in the place nobody wants to be :( I hope you are able to find some answers, and if there are still no answers, then fx for future outcome <3 it's not easy but feel free to vent anytime you need to!

    Eek ... I think I hit "Report" on one of the posts above by accident as I was scrolling through, but I'm not sure. The page basically froze for a second and then went back to normal - when you report someone, what usually happens after you click report? Just don't want to get anyone in trouble because of my fumble fingers! Thank you!

    @jen83mn I've hit report by accident before while scrolling and it brings up a screen for you to explain what you're reporting and then has a confirm button. I think they know it happens on mobile bumping frequently so there's an extra step.

    I am so very sorry for your loss :( it's hard when it happens again. People like to say after 1 you were just unlucky. I'm so sorry.
