How big is baby? A carrot, according to baby center
Any appointments this week? Yes, tomorrow. I think it's just an OB checkup but I'm still looking forward to it.
Symptoms? Hips hips hips. It's hard to sleep with the hip pain. Also some heartburn, but not too bad aside from that.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Rant: I way overdid it on the squats Saturday and now I've got really crampy legs. It's hard to tell what my limits are when pregnant. Rave: I looked in the mirror today and thought my body looked perfect. That's a feeling I don't have all the time!
GTKY: Do you have any hobbies or niche interests? I don't have any crafty hobbies, but I have a lot of outdoorsy hobbies. Hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, canoeing. I think those count. The winter doesn't suit me, though! I need to get outside.
ETA: DH and I are also big board game players. We have game nights with friends and play some great strategy games.

How big is baby? 11.8 inches (Cantaloupe)
Any appointments this week? Yup, two. Today follow up to 20 week anatomy scan with MFM. Apparently, the baby was moving too much at the 20 week and they want another look at the heart. They aren't worried, just didn't get a good look at the septum last time so they want to be sure. Then Thursday regular 24 week check up with my OB.
Symptoms? Lower back pain - I was walking a little weird on my way in from the car this morning. But I made it in.
Rants/Raves/Questions? I am nesting like crazy which is driving my husband crazy.
GTKY: Do you have any hobbies or niche interests? I am a crafter/DIYer. I like to scrapbook and quilt. I already started on the baby quilt and am designing some onesies for little peanut.

None for 10 more days, but I've got a friend who does u/s for various reasons in peoples homes, so she came friday night and let me see my boos!
Nothing except when I'm on my feet too long, my lady parts get soooooo sore! I'm also hardcore nesting! I've organized everything i can think to organize, am making pretty framed things with all that anyone who comes to help us may need to know so i don't gave to answer a million questions (how to wash cloth diapers, exactly what My dd can/ likes to eat since she has fpies, what chores are done each day). I didn't accept much help with dd but i imagine with twins and a 22 month old, i may be more open to it
I LOVE crafting. I enjoy sewing, crocheting, very basic painting, using my vinyl machine, and any kind of diy house stuff!
How big is baby? An endive....can't believe Baby is already 10 inches long.
Any appointments this week? Next check up isn't until February, but I do have a chiropractor appointment on Saturday.
Symptoms? Still tossing my cookies daily. I also have some crazy hip/low back pains that my dr has referred me to a chiropractor for.
Rants/Raves/Questions? We started to work on DDs new room this weekend. DH and my SIL are building her a closet next weekend. I'm so excited for her to move from the nursery so my "nesting" can actually be beneficial.
We also started back to swimming lessons with DD this weekend. The pool was glorious for my hips!

I really enjoy scrapbooking. My mom and I have always enjoyed making books for family vacations and family occasions.
How big is baby? cauliflower size... weighing perfect as of my appt this past thursday
Any appointments this week? none til February 10, last one before starting every 2 weeks.
Symptoms? Mostly just trouble sleeping but that could just be my lack of ability to shut my brain off
Rants/Raves/Questions? wish hubby's job had a set schedule so we could get some projects I want to do done. plus I'd like an us date for us and figuring out the baby stuff that still need decided

Any appointments this week? Just had one last week so none for awhile.
Symptoms? Lots of peeing. Sleeping poorly already. Some upper back pain.
Rants/Raves/Questions? DH and I have been talking about going to the mountains for a weekend before baby comes but were having trouble figuring out who to leave our kids to and were thinking it might not happen. However, I just looked at Southwest and they are having an awesome sale so we are flying my mom out so she can watch our kids. Thank you Southwest!
GTKY: Do you have any hobbies or niche interests? Reading and running is where I spend any free time I have so not really niche but those are my hobbies.

Symptoms? Lower back pain, bouts of nausea and feeling baby move a little (anterior placenta)
Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm almost done paying off my credit card. I can't decide when to give my work notice since DH and I agreed that I'll be a stay at home mom after baby comes.
GTKY: Do you have any hobbies or niche interests? I keep a lot of reptiles as a hobby. I've worked with animals for over 15 years.

Symptoms? Hip pain and yesterday I had some pain in my pubic bone, but I think I overdid it deep cleaning the house.

Symptoms? Peeing and more Peeing... I started working out more regularly again (previously was getting to the gym 1x week, now 3-4x) and I had a hard time realizing my limits, a little sore from that.
Rants/Raves/Questions? I finally can feel her!! Soo cool!!
GTKY: Do you have any hobbies or niche interests? Nothing really, I used to run, love to read. I'm too busy it seems like for hobbies.

appts: none this week. We had our AS last week and all went well except baby didn't want to show her profile so we get to see her again in early Feb.
Raves: we are on our baby moon and having the best time! So glad to not be at work!!
gtky: traveling, shopping, bike riding (although now it's indoor and stationary since it's winter and I'm pregnant)

Any appointments this week? Nope. None til the 31st. I hate waiting so long!
Symptoms? My appetite is finally back - starting to put some of the weight I lost back on. Which probably means it's time to start being a BIT more careful about what I'm eating. And the heartburn is killing me! I think I'm going to start taking something daily vs trying to use tums which are not helping.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Does anyone else feel like baby kicks your bladder from time to time? And it hurts! It kind of feels like a spasm but I can't think what else it could be...? I'll feel it for maybe an hour at a time (off and on) and then I won't feel it
GTKY: Do you have any hobbies or niche interests? Basically right now, grad school is my only hobby! I'm hoping to do more reading after I'm finished, get a nice camera and try to learn how to take decent pictures and hopefully start running again!
