How far along are you? 10 weeks

How big is baby? The size of a golden snitch!

Upcoming appointments this week? Tomorrow, the 17th, I have my first appt with the OB on base. Unfortunately, I don't think anything exciting will happen haha

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings? Still craving salty foods. The nausea has unfortunately gotten worse so I upped my dose of Diclegis to hopefully help!

Rants/Raves/Questions? DH leaves tomorrow morning for another TDY so he'll miss the appointment again. At the last ultrasound I was able to record the screen the whole time so he loved that!

Green with envy of everyone that has off for MLK day!

Upcoming appointments this week? Not till next wk for another US

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings? My nausea is starting to not be helped by the Sea Bands which is annoying. I've been craving cereal and bagels which is not a good look for my bloat.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Rave: my appointment on Friday went well- got to see the gummy bear and measure the HB. It really helped easy my PGAL mind a bit.

GTKY: What color describes you today? Light pink- bc that was how my body felt being nice and warm snuggling in bed on my day off! (Sorry, @mokay19

Upcoming appointments this week? I'm still having weekly U/S with my RE, so one of those Friday.

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings? My morning sickness has really ramped up. I think I spent half of my getting ready time this morning dry heaving. Ugh.

Rants/Raves/Questions? When will you guys start to feel comfortable buying stuff? My mom just bought us our stroller since it was on major sale, but I worry that it was too soon.

GTKY: What color describes you today? Gray, or green, because I'm trying not to throw up every 5 minutes

Upcoming appointments this week? Today! I get to leave work half an hour early for it. It will be my first time seeing baby

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings? Still just all about ice cream and chocolate

Rants/Raves/Questions? I hadn't shaved my legs for a very long time before lastnight. And the only reason I shaved is because of my doctor's appointment. But seriously, I was in the shower for over an hour just trying to get these legs shaved! And then this morning, as I'm straightening my hair, I realized I must have not washed out all my conditioner.

GTKY: What color describes you today? I'm always a nice yellow I'd say for how happy I am on the inside. But black on the outside since that all I wear.

@mokay19 so glad your DH was able to see the ultrasound. Such a great idea!

@SarahBethBR if you are worried about buying things, my recommendation is to make sure they can be returned in the time of your 1st tri. Or, if it's such an awesome deal, is it something you could sell for that same price to someone else?

How far along are you? 9 weeks! They bumped me back a week after my ultrasounds and ovulation time.

How big is baby? Eastern tailed-blue butterfly (Yay, Ovia app)

Upcoming appointments this week? None this week.

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings? Morning sickness has backed off tremendously, still wanting to go to sleep at 6 and have sore breasts.

@SarahBethBR - I don't think its too early. I even have a history of miscarriage and if I saw a good deal I would snag it. We picked up a co-sleeper on clearance because it was too good of a deal to pass up. I'll even start stock piling diapers when I have coupons during sales and such. I'm a big planner though.

Yeah, the price on this stroller was so good that we could sell it easily. I guess I'm more afraid of the emotional part. Like, what if we have this double stroller and end up having to sell it because we only bring home one baby? Our doctor gave us some reassurance last week so I'm probably worrying over nothing.

@SarahBethBR I say not too early. I decided that everytime I go to Target (at least once a week) I'm going to buy a pack of diapers even if it's the really small packs. From my experience, you only use size newborn for like a week so I'm buying more than like 2 packs of those. Other than that though, If I found a good deal on something, yes I would buy it now. Just obviously no one knows if they are having a girl or boy yet so you'd have to buy neutral stuff.

@asun123 GL at your appointment! I'm guilty, too, of not shaving till I have my appt. I don't know why I do that bc you know they aren't even concerned with the state of your body hair!

Upcoming appointments this week? nope. Have an appointment with a high risk OB in the nearest town in February.

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings? Aversions - I want food but chicken is evil death, and the cottage cheese I was happily devouring 2 weeks ago is making my stomach turn.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I hate everyone. Ragey stabby mood. Wish I had today off. First school district in any of 5 states I have worked in that we do NOT get federal holidays off (MLK Day, Veterans Day, Presidents day... none of it). I need to sleep and no one seems to care.

GTKY: What color describes you today? Red - rage-y stabby red.

@szwill86 Haha, It's more for myself than the doctor. I'm always wearing pants during winter so I never really see my legs so I haven't been shaving. But I know if I saw my legs in a well lit room, I would gross myself out.

Upcoming appointments this week? I had my first u/s today! It was so awesome to see the body and the little heart beating. I even cried a little when I saw him/her. Later this afternoon I have to go give 6 vials of blood!

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings? Nothing new. My boobs still hurt.

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings? Same ole same exhaustion. Though I've picked up a lovely cold from my 10 month old daughter lol

Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm starting to get a bit anxious about having this baby given that she will only be 17 months younger than DD. I wasn't super nervous about DD but I just know I'm going to be so busy with two very little kiddos. It's funny because at one point in life I wasn't sure if I'd ever become a mom due to my severe phobia of vomiting. (Luckily mild MS with DD and none with this baby!)

Still nasusea and extreme fatigue. No cravings just lots of foods that sound gross.

Upcoming appointments this week? Just had one yesterday! First us, got to see the heartbeat and see LO move! So crazy. Dr said LO is measuring more like 9 weeks, but that the due date should stay the same? Whatever haha. I know the baby is healthy and I know due dates are really estimates anyway.

Any new symptoms or changes or cravings? Nothing new I don't think. Still just nauseous. Boobs hurt more often. Food just sounds gross which is horrible because eating is supposed to help. Horrible.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I've had a few conferences for work this month and it makes checking in to the Bump regularly difficult because I'm so busy! But I'm trying! I often have time to lurk and then don't end up posting. Ugh.
