Any good ideas on where I can host our baby shower?

We are in Miami Kendall area and can't seem so find a lococation near here that is indoors. We have a small possibly 40 people guest list. So we don't need a pocket burner for a large space.
 We plan on having it on February 18th so I have one month to figure it out. Google and Yelp have shown us way expensive or far locations.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
