Be careful in the cold!

Just wanted to remind everyone to be careful outside if it's cold where you are!  I was outside in below freezing weather for a little over an hour today--when I went back in, I realized that my cheeks (the only skin that wasn't covered) had started turning from red to white!!  Luckily they went back to normal after a warm shower. I have always heard that our skin is more sensitive while pregnant--so if you are outside in the cold, be careful and watch for signs of frostbite.

    Thanks! It has been super cold here in Ohio and I have had a hard time warming up. Yesterday I just stood in the shower because nothing else was doing it for me! Be careful of the ice too!!!
