Sore/itchy/painful boobs - for weeks

14 weeks preg. And my boobs are so sore,just seems like they got so big so fast some days they hurt worse than others. I barely wear a bra and now today my nipps are like burning? Will this continue,I wonder? I'm happy to have some nice cleavage but man they itch too. I don't remember this in my first pregnancy at all. It just seemed like bam. Hello you now have boobs. And no issues.  Anyone relate???

    Idk what could help with the pain but there are creams that can help with the itch, i used mama mio's breast cream last time but any moisturizer could help really, for the nipples i used mama mio's nipple balm it's amazing! You might find a cheaper version if you look it up.

    Mine itches so bad with my second. The soreness is just pare for the course and should get better soon. I put aquaphor on a couple of times a day as needed. There were also these random spots I'd have to do cortisone cream too. It got better as my skin got used to the size and quit stretching so bad. I go from a full c to an e with milk though so lots of changes.
