  Symptoms? Large, achy, heartburn, and lots of baby movement!

  
  

  What have you done to prepare for baby this week? Nothing. Too crazy!

  
  

  Rants/Raves/Questions: Can't believe third trimester is coming up quick!!

  
  

  GTKY: How did you celebrate the New Year? Celebrated my husband's birthday but it was very low-key.

  Symptoms? belly button pain is pretty intense most days. headaches. some back pain as well

  
  

  What have you done to prepare for baby this week? lots! we washed all of her clothes that we currently have and got those organized in her room/dresser.  Put together the RNP, bouncy, and swing. picked out a name  and got the details for the shower worked out (mainly I asked for no games) so now I just have to wait for that day to come. 

  
  

  Rants/Raves/Questions: I can't believe we are having babies this year.  So crazy ladies! 

  
  

  GTKY: How did you celebrate the New Year? we went to a couple different bars in town.  DH knew I was pretty miserable so at about 10 he kept telling me we could go home and go to bed but I was adamant that we spend our last NYE childless out and not in bed at 10.  So we stayed until midnight for the big balloon drop and then high tailed it home and to bed. I actually enjoyed most of the night so it all worked out.

  Symptoms? Heartburn all day err day. Difficulty bending down and getting out of seats. Occasional BH contractions. Swollen feet/ankles if I'm on my feet for too long. General aches and pains. So glamorous this pregnancy thing.

  
  

  What have you done to prepare for baby this week? Lolz. Nothing.

  
  

  Rants/Raves/Questions: We had to spend an excessive amount of money yesterday to unblock our pipes after too many Christmas visitors, so that was fun. Few things left to check off the list, and then we're putting the house on the market!

  
  

  GTKY: How did you celebrate the New Year? My best friend and her husband came over for a low-key celebration. I had a beer. It was amazing.

  Appointments this week? YES, anatomy scan and glucose test this Friday finally... can't wait to find out if we're having a boy or a girl

  
  

  Symptoms? My main symptom is a cold/bronchitis which overshadows any pregnancy symptoms right now.

  
  

  What have you done to prepare for baby this week? Working with the inlaws on dates in April/May they can be here to help out with DS1 while we're at the hospital. I want to try my first stab at making a bunch of freezer meals since my default is getting a pizza when I'm tired and don't feel like cooking.

  
  

  Rants/Raves/Questions: Having a toddler, being sick, having to travel across the country for family visits, and being pregnant with insomnia is a whole new kind of tired lol. 

  
  

  GTKY: How did you celebrate the New Year? I went to bed early because I was feeling sick, but pregnancy insomnia struck so I watched TV from 1am - 3:30am.

  Symptoms? My tailbone is super achy lately, and heartburn.

  
  

  What have you done to prepare for baby this week? I cleaned out my closets to get ready to move rooms. I am in such a purging mood right now. Bring on the cleaning!

  
  

  Rants/Raves/Questions: I'm so ready to be done working. My heart just isn't in it right now. I would rather be at home getting ready for baby to arrive, and spending this last few months with DS as an only child. 

  
  

  GTKY: How did you celebrate the New Year? Watched a football game, and had wings with DH at home. I barely made it to midnight.

  Appointments this week? Tomorrow, regular check-up and I suspect I'll be scheduling the GD test before I leave for the next few weeks. 

  
  

  Symptoms? Same boat as @visualcircus, my cold is over-powering most of my pregnancy symptoms. But I did have a few BH contractions the other day. 

  
  

  What have you done to prepare for baby this week? Literally nothing lol 

  
  

  Rants/Raves/Questions: I can't believe I'm approaching the 3rd tri already. This is flying by! 

  
  

  GTKY: How did you celebrate the New Year? On Saturday, DH and I went out to eat at at restaurant he really loves. We also saw Passengers too.
