Hi Ladies!

2016 was a crazy year for me, I saw two different REs; went through an unsuccessful IUI with one and was basically told by the second one IVF was my only option- and with that, I only had about a 40% chance

we decided we would try IUIs with injectables Jan 2017 bc we can not afford IVF, before we could start a round of IUIs with her we got a spontaneous natural BFP Jan 1, 2017 - I obviously need to get in to my OBGYN to get blood drawn and make sure it is viable... so much can go wrong from here... but I am cautiously optimistic while still trying to realize this wasnt supposed to be able to happen, so also scared. 

I am excited to meet the ladies here :)

    DX PCOS + mild male factor
    TTC since Dec. 2015
    Current Treatment: Metformin, Provera, Letrozole, Trigger, IUI
    Past Treatment: Clomid + Metformin x 3 BFN
    Letrozole 5 mg + Trigger shot + IUI = BFP!
    Beta confirmed 8/22
    EDD 5/1/17

    I just got my blood drawn for my Beta, so i'm waiting for my RE's office to call me with the results

    Married May 2009, TTC since November 2012 (Together since 2006 ish - had my eyes on him since 2001)
    Me: 32 (33 in May), Him: 37 (January)

    DX: Me: High Prolactin, Possible Autoimmune Disease Issues, though RE not concerned (?)  New RE has a plan!!
           Him: Minor Varicocele, low morphology, slightly low count

    History:

    Beta 5/9/2016 BFP!!
    Embryo transfer scheduled for April 28, 2016 and beta test May 9, 2016 (day after Mother's Day!)
    Transfer Meds include: Lupron Depot (4/1), Minivelle Patch (every 3rd day), Estradiol (3x daily), Amoxicillin, Progesterone in Oil, Methylprednisonlone. Lovenox and baby asprin added after transfer. 

    3/22/16 - Sono Saline ultrasound cyst to be aspirated on 4/1/16 if not cleared up by 3/29 US - It cleared on its own
    Retrieval 3/4/16 - 26 eggs retrieved, 23 mature, 20 fertilized, 14 embryos currently frozen
    Starting IVF Stims on +/- Feb 22, 2016
    HSG scheduled for 1-26-16 - All clear "beautiful uterus" (though inverted)

    Switched clinics and now prepping for IVF in February / March

    Fourth IUI -  CD3-7 100 Clomid w/ Ovidrel Trigger - December, 2015 - BFN
    Third IUI -  CD3-7 100 Clomid w/ Ovidrel Trigger - November, 2015 - BFN
    Second IUI - CD3-7 100 Clomid w/ Ovidrel Trigger - September, 2015 - BFN
    Started Prolactin Medication October 15 - Levels quickly regulated to with in normal range
    First IUI - CD3-7 100 Clomid w/ Ovidrel Trigger - August, 2015 - BFN
    After no BFPs (ever) First RE/Urologist visit in Feb 2015
    HSG w/ OB, 2014 = all clear
    Trying to conceive since November 2012

    @wifeinraleigh28 I did :) first beta came back at 1910, I go back in tomorrow for beta 2 to make sure it is doubling ... so nervous through all this !! I also go for my first scan on Tuesday, it's a dating scan bc we really don't know how far along I am since this was a fun surprise

    beta #2 it increased, but it didn't totally double... original beta was 1910.3 so we were looking for 3820 and got 3406.6....the nurse said they were ok with that tho... should I be concerned?

    @harleyquinn0621 You definitely don't need to be concerned with that increase! Once you get into the thousands the numbers don't double in the same time period. That is a very safe increase that you have there. CONGRATS!!!

    I wouldn't worry ! That's still really high and the doubling time is 48-72 hours  so that's a big range . It doesn't have to be exact . As long as the nurse said it's fine I would trust them !

    thank you @yelllow22 :) 

    i havent had a ton of symptoms so far, sore boobs,some cramping and tiredness has been about it but I woke up this morning and those are all gone. i feel totally rested, boobs feel fine and zero cramps....so i have some anxiety on if that means my levels are dropping. I have my scan scheduled for tuesday and i dont have any spotting or bleeding so i wont be bothering my RE and am just going to wait and see what happens

    i went for a massage to relax and that helped for sure. have to cross my fingers until tuesday

    @harleyquinn0621 If it makes you feel any better I had a period of 4 days where I had 0 symptoms and I thought for sure I had another MMC, but at my scan that week all three were still going strong and had grown by at least 7 days. Unfortunately symptoms mean nothing, and are really just a mindf***.

    @AandDM2014 thank you! :) I know when I had my MMC I had symptoms until the d&c ...I try to remind myself of that...our bodies really are the worst

    I had absolutely no symptoms until my 7th week, my boobs were sore but they were like that from before I got pregnant because of the treatments. I know what it's like to try to monitor every single thing that happens in your body to try to get clues, but I agree with @AandDM2014 , symptoms mean nothing and can drive us nuts!

    I didn't have any pregnancy symptoms until halfway through 6 weeks. It is actually pretty common (and usual) for there to be no symptoms this early on. I just know everything is going to be perfect at your scan on Tuesday!
