Ex. I read one book and it says no blueberries until 9 months. Then another website says not until they are 12 months.
Teething biscuits box says 9 months but I see/heard younger ones using them.
So you can see how I am getting overwhelmed and confused by it all.
What sort of foods are your 7 month olds eating? And how did you decide what they could have and when.
Thanks.

All Scarlett has had is basic fruits and veggies (EB jarred stuff), Puffs, Pastina (twice), and Oatmeal. We just started yogurt on Dr's orders.
I am in no rush for the other stuff or for table foods. We're cool with purees and cereals/rices.
As far as blueberries go, I think wholesomebabyfood.com has a good section on that. I did feed Scarlett the Apple/Blueberry mix from EB, but I cleared it with the Dr first.
Bloggin' It
brady has had blueberries and teething biskets. I really am only staying away from the stuff that is highly allergenic (nuts, strawberries, honey...etc). I started with things that were easy on his tummy (sweet potatoes, pears, squash...) and have slowly introduced things like broccoli, mangos, and asparagus.
We have done:
oatmeal
sweet potatoes
squash
carrots
broccoli
peas
avacado
bananas
pears
prunes
Henry likes them all! We have done puffs too.
