What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancies? Dry Heaves, by 7:30 just want to go to bed, hearburn, and bad dreams. Totally different then 1st pregnancy. I never had any symptoms
Rant/Rave/Questions? None really. Just waiting our 2nd ultrasound to make sure everything is still good with LO. We had a miscarriage backnin March so I am being super careful about announcing things to soon.
GTKY: What is your favorite holiday tradition? Taking our son to look at Christmas lights. He is almost 2 and he has been so fun this year.

Still just the bloodhound sense of smell and I've been tired the last couple days, which checks almost exactly with my last pregnancy.

I would LOVE to have a pregnancy where I don't have a bleeding scare!! I'm assuming that the brown spotting I had two days ago was a result of sex for the first time in a month (husband just got back from a month long underway) and that I probably just irritated my cervix. I'm also fighting off a mild case of bacterial vaginosis, which pregnancy seems to bring on for me, and all of that can make everything sensitive and wonky down there, but God DAMN it, I would love to make it through the first trimester without having a complete panic attack from seeing blood when there should be any!! Thank God for wonderful, patient nurses who calm you down on the phone and assure you it's probably normal after sex.
GTKY: What is your favorite holiday tradition?
Honestly, I'm a Christmas nut. I love everything about it. I love picking out gifts for people and decorating the house, and the smells of the season, and all the pretty lights, and all the family time, and the traditional Christmas music, and the church service message, and the general magic of the season. This year, I'm loving creating new traditions that include my 15 month old, who was too little last Christmas to know what was going on. This year, he loves touching the tree and staring at the lights.

What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancies? Just about all symptoms are gone which is nice I've never had such a rough start to a pregnancy before
Rant/Rave/Questions? Excited to have gotten my NIPT results back, everything looks good, and they withheld the sex like we asked!

Nausea! It is kicking my butt! I never had morning sickness worth my other pregnancies, so this is a new and terrible development. I feel sick all the time if I'm not eating.

My husband really wants to tell all our family about the baby at Christmas, but I'm too nervous to. TW I started to loose my second pregnancy within the hour of telling my family, so announcing freaks me out even though I've had another child since then.
GTKY: What is your favorite holiday tradition?
We buy a new nutcracker each year. I love the tradition, but I know it can't go on forever or we will run out of room.
What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancies? Same old symptoms of m/s and nausea. At this point I'm pretty sick of being sick, which is on par with my last pregnancy.
Rant/Rave/Questions? Today is my last full workday before the holidays! So stoked.
GTKY: What is your favorite holiday tradition? I love quiet nights just staring at the Christmas tree after everyone goes to bed. It never fails to make me so happy and grateful during the holiday season.

Most of the time I feel pretty good and I have some more energy. Then all of a sudden I get hungry and nauseous but can only eat half a sandwich. And the headaches are starting.

So tired of my 2 year old using me as a jungle gym. I usually move him off and say no but sometimes I'm tired and don't wanna move.
GTKY: What is your favorite holiday tradition?
Spending time with family- it always seems like we need an excuse to get together. Ooh I forgot looking at the Christmas tree ds loves it as well and we talk about the ornaments. I'm also looking forward to "Santa" coming and seeing my sons face Christmas morning.

So much is similar with DDs. Still have a hot coffee aversion which is the same as DS. I can drink cold coffee!

My blood pressure or blood sugar sucks. I plan to ask my OB today when I go to my 12 week appt.
GTKY: What is your favorite holiday tradition?
My absolute favorite is decorating the tree and drinking hot chocolate to Christmas music, and riding around to look at Christmas lights after. I'm looking forward to Christmas morning "santa" faces!

More food aversions than last time I think. But nausea seems to have eased off a lot more quickly.

Getting together with family and playing games on Christmas Eve. It's always crowded and loud but I love it.

I cannot believe some of the July moms are going to be heading into 2nd Tri already! I still feel like time is crawling by, but i can't wait to get there. Also, thinking about just going to my last ob/gyn for my NIPT because I know they'll be open next week vs waiting a few more days to just get it done at my current doctor's place.... worth it?
GTKY: What is your favorite holiday tradition?
I'm Japanese American and we always celebrated New Years Day with tons of Japanese delicacies, sushi, noodles, and MOCHI!! and get money. My favorite part of the holidays, for sure. We don't have any family near by anymore but we take DD to Little Tokyo to see the New Years celebration there and eat fresh mochi. It's basically the only connection to Japanese culture she has at this point!
What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancies? Nausea is so much worse. I only vomited once with DS, and it's more like every other day or so now. I'm insanely tired, which is the same as DS. Also, my boobs are ridiculous...huge and sore. LIKE HUGE! I think it was the same with DS, but I didn't really notice.
Rant/Rave/Questions? This week of school needs to be OVER! My HS students and I are all D.O.N.E. but we have a full day tomorrow and Friday. I know, I know, teacher problems, but it's like nailing Jello to a tree.
GTKY: What is your favorite holiday tradition? I love putting up the tree, because we get an ornament everywhere we go, and every time we have a special event. It's fun to look at them all each year.

What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancies? Very similar with DS only everything x10 this time. I barely noticed the symptoms with DS where now I'm struggling with energy and dry heaving a lot more. Also similar cravings... can not stomach hot coffee but crave orange juice as soon as I wake up. I am not a juice person so it's odd for me.
Rant/Rave/Questions? My due date was pushed from 7/14 to 7/21, which was my exact same due date with DS! He was born 7/16 so I'll be interested to see when this one comes along.
GTKY: What is your favorite holiday tradition? Christmas Eve making cookies for santa, getting in our matching PJs and then setting up at night with DH.. Seeing all the wrapped gifts under the tree like the calm before the storm. When I lived with my sister I would help her set up for my niece and nephew so it's fun to get to do it with my own family now.

What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancies? Nausea, headaches and tiredness but it's finally getting better I've been able survive without zofran for the last week. Every pregnancy has been different for me. My son I threw up almost daily and was sick until week 18. With my daughter I really didn't have many symptoms at all and now this one is somewhere between the 2!

I love putting up the tree and watching my kiddos open presents
All symptoms are gone. Literally would not know I was pregnant if I didn't hear that bean's HB on my Doppler. Complete opposite of DD...I was nauseous and exhausted until about 32 weeks.
No rants/raves...just wish time would go by quicker so I was out of first tri!
I love having a Christmas tree up. I'm allergic to real trees which is a huge bummer but there's just something about having a tree up that makes me so happy. My husband always has to force me to take it down. The Balsam and Cedar Yankee Candle does a good job of replicating the smell for me without me dying of an allergy attack.

What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancies? Stil nauseous in the morning and today I was absolutely exhausted, by 3:30 i felt like I hit a wall and had zero energy but still had things to do.
Rant/Rave/Questions? My kids are giving me hell this week with bed time. I know we moved and it's a new place for them to be sleeping but it's not that new, it's DH's parents house. DD is usually in bed by 8 and the past week she doesn't fall asleep until 9:30. DS is a night owl but usually he's asleep by 9:30, last night he was up until 11:45 laying in the dark. Of course they both still wake up at 7 so I'm exhausted and grouchy and I just want my sleep. I lucked out with kids who sleep really good in general so I'm hoping once we get adjusted things will get back to normal.
GTKY: What is your favorite holiday tradition? Having each member of the family pick their own special ornament each year.

Nausea finally improving but it's still early so I'm afraid it's not over yet! I am a fart machine and it's super embarrassing.

It's too early for RLP right? I feel like someone is strumming/popping a rubber band randomly inside my uterus which I remember was RLP last time... But probably just the taco I had for lunch.

I love Christmas morning! Cinnamon rolls and opening presents with DD!

What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancies? None really. Pretty similar to my last pregnancy.
Rant/Rave/Questions? Pretty much every illness has made its way through my house over the last couple weeks and I'm over it. Pregnant and sick while dealing with a sick toddler is pretty much hell.
GTKY: What is your favorite holiday tradition? Watching all the Christmas movies on Christmas Eve.
What symptoms are you having? How does it compare to your previous pregnancies? Much nausea, like last time. This time, I am having less reflux so far, but far greater smell aversion.

GTKY: What is your favorite holiday tradition? I love so much about it! Baking (not this year though), seeing Christmas lights, watching Christmas movies, and attending a Christmas Eve Church service.
Could we maybe add this to a future STM+ check-in, or should I start a thread? I did a search and didn't see something completely relevant, but if I missed something, I'd be grateful for your direction.
