Anyone having preterm labor?

in 3rd Trimester
I'm 31 weeks and 3 days, 1cm dilated and 80% effaced. Doctor gave me steroid injection for maturing baby's lungs and meds to stop/slow down contractions and labor. Anyone having any similar experiences and how are things going?

    I'm worried that I am. I've had painful BH for a while. I'm at 32 wks. Appointment on the 30th. Will update.

    Update: The fetal fibronectin test came back negative, so we're in the clear for at least two weeks. Not dilated, but 80% effaced.
