Another New Girl (bfp & loss mentioned)

Hi Everyone, New to the board but not new to TTC. I'm from the midwest and married to a wonderful guy for a little more than a year. We're at the fork in the road of IVF or other means of creating a family.
DH is 41 and I am 35. He has two kids from a previous marriage (18 and 12). I have been diagnosed with DOR and ovulatory dysfunction. After 14 cycles (the last 6 medicated), we have been told our best chances of getting pregnant are through IVF. We were able to experience the joy of a BFP in October after our first IUI , but our joy was short-lived as the pregnancy ended quickly. We were hopeful that another IUI would be the trick, but two more later, no pregnancy and now off medications I am not ovulting at all.
I am lucky that I work at a medical facility and that we are offered partial IVF coverage, but we're weighing the benefits of working with a different clinic that is lead by a former client of mine and whose success rates are reasonably higher than where I work. Of course that means all the financial considerations between regular life and making a life, so we're starting to explore what it all means to us and how to move forward.
Other than that, we try to have fun, keep things light, and lean on each other with the weight this situation can present. I feel so deeply for people experiencing infertility/fertility issues. Thanks for creating a community where I can come and feel like people get it.

Cycle 3: Letrozole 2.5mg- BFN
