Game time!
Reply with a "never have I ever" statement, something you've never done. If you HAVE done something mentioned in a post, you MUST give the post a Love Tit (heart).
Never have I ever ... had a one night stand. Kind of feel like I missed out on that, because now I never will!!!
Me: 35 year old FTM, a busy city banker living in London, and a constant worrier. My DH: French guy, car fanatic, best husband ever. Our baby boy: Due on 17 April, currently 37 weeks. I can't believe it - I made it to full term!!!! Last measurement: 3150 gs at 37+1! This is going to be a big baby
Never have I ever ... had a one night stand. Kind of feel like I missed out on that, because now I never will!!!
This is super embarrassing, but my DH started out as a one-night stand. We worked together for years, and I knew he had a crush on me then one drunk night... But, it all worked out and I can't imagine any else I want to spend the rest of my life with. @KirstinH88 I'm with you... Story time!!
I flipped off a manager of mine when I was 16. I was working at a grocery store, bagging groceries. I would do cart duty (before those nifty machines now) every hour. I had just gotten back from hauling a bunch of them during the holiday season and my manager (who was 21 and thought he was big sh*t) said I needed to get back out there. I told him, I had just done it and would go back out in a few minutes. He said I needed to go back out there "now" because the parking lot would get out of hand with baskets. I was trying to keep my cool and say i would go back after a few. He then started ranting how he was the manager in charge and I needed to listen to him, and just because I was young, yada yada yada. He then said he'd write me up. I was so frustrated with him talking down to me, that I flipped him off and said "you know what?! Write this up! F-you!" And I walked out.
I didn't have a car, so I had to call my mom crying to pick me up! Needless to say, she wasn't too happy about the way I handled quitting my first job!
@KirstinH88 Mine was actually very recently, and it was not because of the hormones, I would have done it anyhow! At work we have a forced distribution curve on ratings. It means that if you have a team of say 30, then the ratings should reflect the whole scale, from 1-5 (5 is best, most people get 3). 1 means the person is doing really badly and needs to be put on a performance plan. At the end of year review I had no 1s in my whole team (including my immediate team, and their teams too). HR told me I needed to give at least one. I got very frustrated and kept on saying that everyone is doing fine, I will not give a bad rating to anyone if they do not deserve it!!! They kept on pushing and I was thinking - this is the stupidest thing ever, a non issue, an unfair system, so I actually stood up, announced that I had enough of this fucking nonsense and I wont be downgrading anyone, and they are welcome to take it up with my boss but unless he tells me it's downgrade or the door, the rating fucking stays and that people who sit in front of a computer worrying about the distribution curve should get a life. And I stormed out, may have even banged the door.
Later on all I could think about was that I said "fuck" to HR. (swearing at work can be gross misconduct, especially if it is *at* someone.. this one wasn't, but still). Great... let's lose my job right before maternity leave, well done me... but so far I am not fired, and when I told my boss, he said they didnt mention anything to him, and he agreed that we shouldnt downgrade anyone unfairly. So yeah, hope I am still employed in January.

@smallanimal That seems shady that they want you to give someone a poor review just for the sake of having a poor review! I wouldn't have budged either. Way to stick up for your team!
My flipping off story : I worked at a high end resort as a server. I had a HUGE section with 20 guests split between 7 of my normal tables along with a 10 top & a 12 top (So 42 people total!) The 12 were the owners family and my manager kept making comments to make sure they were happy and that they had appointments so needed everything quick ...
I was trying to get soups out to them, food to two others and asked the manager to bring out a drink refill.. she never brought it.. so I go out delivering food and they snap they didn't get the refill.. I go back to the kitchen and the manager is leaning against the table chatting about weekend plans. I ask about the refill as I'm filling the tray and get a snippy response.. I get the refill at which point she comes back and tells me that another table wants a coffee (which would have been easier to just get herself but walked past coffee & through 2 rooms to get me) at this point manager says "the *owners family* has appointments in 15 minutes I told you they were in a hurry what the hell are you doing?" I grabbed the slip with their order off the line (orders were handwritten) flipped off my manager and left with the order.
@andrea0418 I did this for the first and last time while on vacation in Thailand a few years ago. Turns out I'm allergic to something in the wax and/or dye. I got a full on groin contact dermatitis reaction and got to experience the Thai health system. Thankfully DH and I were able to see the humor in the situation!
@andrea0418 Yes, awful and also hilarious. Nothing like being on the other side of the globe for a romantic holiday and having an inflamed and violently itchy nether region!
My jail story isn't too exciting, and I'm ashamed. I was 22 and went out for a friends birthday on a monday night. Was going 5 over on the way home, got pulled over and arrested for DUI. I was never actually charged with the crime. I barely blew over the limit, and when the tests were gone over, they decided there waa no reason to actually bring me to the station in the first place. I also think there was some paperwork mishaps by the officer. I did have to sleep in jail; but there was no one else there, and nothing too crazy happened. I'm just so ashamed about it because I am a crazy person when it comes to drinking and driving. I am so against it!
You're here now and you've learned from it, thats all that matters! Don't be too hard on yourself! Plus, you were 22 and they say that the brain doesn't fully mature until 25. Lol, that's my excuse for all the bad stuff I did before 25!
Never have I ever attended public school (before college). I went to catholic school pretty much my entire childhood until I was 17
On the skydiving note, I was scheduled to go skydiving the day after I found out I was pregnant. They are saving my reservation until next August haha. I booked the jump in advance and figured if I wasn't pregnant yet it would still be a fun day.
I plan on skydiving for my 30th birthday. Still have a year and 3 months to go. DH says he's gonna do it with me, but he is totally going to chicken out!
@Nolegirl1185 come to europe! we have a small place in the mountains! you need to be hit by a snowball at least once in your life

@smallanimal I would love to haha! I have had so many *close calls of getting to see snow, but never happened. It would always stop snowing the day before we vacationed somewhere or snow the day we left. I WILL see snow before I die! I have always said I want to build a snowman, make a snow angel, have a snowball fight, and sled down a hill then I can leave. I don't particularly like the cold so I don't want to stay in it for any length of time.
