I started using the Clear Blue Ovulation test. For eight days, I stayed at "high fertility" and finally hit "peak fertility." The day after I hit "peak fertility," I got a positive test result. The results have been backed up by two blood tests and it looks like I'm 5 weeks along.
My question is... is it really possible to get a positive test result the day after ovulation?

No.
Just. No.

@jessipeachy Take another HPT exactly 14 days past your +OPK to see if you had DDO (delayed double ovulation) which means you could be having twins (you need 3 lines for twins tho: one control line and one for each babe)
TTGP history (*TW*):
Started TTC Oct 2015 BFP #1 June 2016: EDD 16 March 2017, MC July 2016 Re-started TTC Aug 2016 Started IF testing Nov 2016 Spontaneous BFP #2 January 2017: Rainbow Baby Boy September 2017 BFP #3 November 2018: Baby #2 expected August 2019
So much about this screams MUD. Why take a pregnancy test the day after you think you ovulated? Do you think two blood tests and an HPT are wrong? Or, more likely, are you just here for squees and congratulations?
In any case

Also, if you are pregnant, no need to hang around the "trying to get pregnant" board. You can move on to the BMB section.
