  Ok I'll bite. Since this is your 8th baby, I highly doubt any of us can offer wisdom about pregnancy that you haven't already experienced yourself. If you're looking for wisdom about "heart problems," I would suggest contacting your physician. "Heart problems" is a very vague term and could honestly mean anything. Internet strangers can't really help you there. If you're looking for wisdom about preventing future pregnancies, I suggest talking to your OB about contraceptive/prevention options. 
  
  Some cardiac problems can be serious and fatal and sometimes pregnancy should be avoided. I'm not sure if this applies to you or not, but I can't stress enough that you need to be in touch with your physician ASAP.
