  How far along are you today? What's new with your little babe? 39 weeks! Size of a watermelon! He's totally full-term, just stewing at this point.
  
  Are you now fully prepared for the baby's arrival? I am but I'd prefer he didn't come today while we're hosting Christmas festivities
  
  Rants / Raves / Questions / Symptoms: I was still 0 dilated at my appointment on Friday but there was progression on effacement, so I'm hoping that means a speedy labor is in the cards. Starting to see some yellow-ish jelly-like discharge with some occasional brown spotting in it, which makes me think my mucus plug is just coming out little by little over time. Starting to have lower back pain, cramping, and things that I know aren't braxton hicks at this point in time... and OB thinks he'll be here plus or minus a couple of days of his due date, but we agreed with the OB to induce if he's a week late... but she said she completely expects me to go naturally before then, so yeah, weird knowing I won't be pregnant beyond 2 weeks from today.
  
  When's your next appointment? Thursday for 39.5 week checkup.
  
  GTKY: What's your new year's resolution? Kind of lame but to make sure I take LO with me on a trip abroad. Just need to get his passport sorted out but I'm hoping something like Australia or New Zealand. My company offers employees a 1-month paid sabbatical after 3 years tenure and I'll celebrate my 3rd anniversary in April so hopefully going to do that late fall when it's late spring in the southern hemisphere

  @canavara not really sure how to do the ticker posts, but I'm sure that I will be one of the last ones on here since my dd is Jan 29. So i can try to figure it put unless someone else wants to do it.

  35wks, she's as big as a pineapple. She's starting to respond to familiar voices, which is so cool.
  Are you now fully prepared for the baby's arrival?
  Hopefully going to put the carseats into our 2 vehicles this wk. Got pack everyone's bags except babies.

  BH continue. Starting to have left muscle pains whenever I stand for any length of time, which is annoying. 
  When's your next appointment?
  Jan 4th, pelvic exam, measure, strep test.
  GTKY: What's your new year's resolution?
